no, that was pretty good money for the shape it was in. The top was basically dry rotted, chips in the paint, ripped interior, and the motor was going. The car had been recovered from a theft and the mothers drove the hell out of it.

I can remember 15 years ago you could buy a good GTO like this for about 15000$ here in switzerland...now they have more than doubled their price...I won't even talk about chargers....only affordable muscle cars left are Oldsmobiles...
