@PlumSmuggler69 You need a cartridge fire extinguisher, the cannisters aren't pressurised. There is a cartridge inside which contains pressurised CO2. You just take off the top, fill it with paint (mixed 1:1 ratio with water) then seal tightly back up again. Now when you pull the tab, the extinguisher pressurises. Its now like a normal extinguisher but with paint instead of powder.

To do this you need a bright silver extinguisher {water), red extinguishers with abc dry powder don't work. In the UK all extinguishers are red so it's harder to tell. You unscrew the top/trigger and pour in the paint. Water extinguishers are made to be refilled without any special equipment, just pump in air through the air stem on the back of the handle until the pressure is in the green zone. The stream is up to 20 feet long, and a bit hard to control.
