just attach a creature brain, the protected ones, to the thing you want to make die and stick a paint switch on it. Set the switch to "one shot" and connect the wire to the brain. Now when that object takes a hit from a paint gun it will trigger the brain and kill the enemy. You can adjust how many hits it takes to activate it by tweaking the switch.
