This is so beautiful, that I get why people beleive in these things! I get how when they're sad and have nobody, really nobody to turn to, it is good to know (as they think) that there is someone worried about them, someone that is there! The Holocaust came to an end because of the Russian military. Most of these soldiers were unwillingly drafted, and if they would have refused to fight they would be executed. I think the way down was spot on Depravity of Man (Romans 1-3), but on the flip side it kinda all fell apart.

Where was Jesus?

It seemed to paint a picture that we can change our lives around by simply believing in God, which at first sounds ok.

But a changed life means nothing in light of eternity. We need forgiveness of our sins. The sins that we have committed against the Lord our God, but He is merciful and will pass your punishment to Jesus instead if you repent and trust Him.
