at my old apartment complex at college, had JUST gotten outta the shower and was towel drying my hair, a few minutes earlier and things would have been super awkward!
There was a fire alarm that went off last year when I was in rehearsal. It was interesting because we continued our rehearsal till someone smelled smoke. That's when we got up and left. It was interesting because I was suppose to be at work (in the same building) right after and I ended up calling my supervisor to let her know I would be late and why. I was the first to tell her. Turns on the elevator malfunctioned while it was being worked on.
When I was in University...the fire alarm went off....and not only did we all ignore it and just sit there....but the teacher kept going with his presentation and just spoke louder. LOL. A few minutes later, we saw people walking in the halls, and a security guard walked in the room and told us all to get out. It was just a drill...but still. It's so true..even at work when it goes off...no one moves.
