Not only did the detractors break Michael's heart by taking Neverland away from him but also they took the magic (Michael) away from Neverland and Neverland from all those kids who got so much joy at no cost.

This really brings tears...children should still be playing at Neverland. MJ cared so much for kids (and everyone), but it had to be made into something ugly. Now so many have missed out and for no reason. What a colossal loss. Mike was definitely too good and pure for this evil world.

OMG, I almost cried at the first clips showing Neverland. Almost as if I was about to visit it in the flesh!
Michael created this place as a sanctuary for himself and the people who loved him but nosey, jealous, evil people came in and took the meaning of what he created away.
That was HIS home. I hate that the evil people did that to him! He built on the land, and he deserved it very much! It makes me disgusted and upset.

It's ironic how back in 1993 Disney shut down Captain EO due to the allegations against Michael. Now that he is gone, they are said to be putting the attraction BACK @ Disneyland. And during these tough economic times, $68 for a child's admission is ridiculous! This just goes to show, what kind of man he was, giving children a time of their lives, for NO cost, because he just wanted them to be happy...I really miss you Michael <3

This almost makes me more sad than happy. He created Neverland, filling it with a movie theater, arcade, zoo, whatever his heart desired because he could not go in public and have a normal life. I have a feeling - maybe 50 or 60 years from now - someone, will look back on what we took apart and rebuild it. Michael is and will be loved forever - I'm sure there will come a day that another artist will rise to the top and that person will have been inspired by Michael.
