Thank you. But i did have teachers. But the best were my Japanese friends themselves and TV. I guess you can say Japan chose me, I didn't know that i was going to end up taking on the entire country...in a good way that is.

My brother sent me this video because he know's I have more than a passing interest in the Japanese language and culture. This is such an inspiration to me... to see someone who's actually gone to Japan (a dream of mine) and to someone who speaks the language fluently. @nero1616 Late 20's i am and I would say about 4 years to get to where i am...but that's way too slow. You could do it so much better if you know the best route.

about 4 years I would say. And 2 years in Japan. But i was doing a terrible job. Any decent student would be so much better than me.

I was thinking about learning a language and the japanese language sound cool, but i'm not sure if there would be a point as there is alot of blogs and videos claiming that they are very racist towards black people/males. What do you think being a black guy?

You'll be alright my man! As long as you understand that you will be viewed as a Foreigner, which has it's good and bad side. I wouldn't say they look at you a way other then the experiences they have had with people of a certain background. But we all do that to a certain extent. But are they racist...NOPE!
