Correct. This video is made at the first day Blizzard release this boss. They buff it right after the following week.

This is the normal 25. We are currently trying Heroic 25 on this boss. Not much of difference on the fight that's why I didn't put on Heroic version of this. However, if a lot of people ask for it I'll put it up just for request.
