@jonjonmadden an indoor world record. yes he has jumped further, but he chokes on the big occasion too. berlin 09 he didnt make the top 8 (which incidentally idowu won), european champs he was the red hot favorite and got done by guess who, idowu. yes hes won world juniors and world indoors, but that doesnt turn heads. I'd consider nelson evora, olympic and world champion better than teddy, the same as id consider triple olympic champion viktor saneyev better than jonathan edwards.

His non appearance in the CWG is a loss for him more than anything. As a sportsman with a finite career he declined to take part in a large global event citing spurious reasons. Is this guy an athlete or what? Why so delicate? Yes India is a developing third world nation which is far from perfect but his actions are disgraceful. God help us if there was World War 3 with the likes of cowardly Idowu ( who would probably hide under his quilt ).
