This is still my favorite Toonami intro. This set the tone for the entire block, good music, good times. It's like they were saying "We're so cool, we don't need a big flashy over the top opening number." The other openings always felt too long or too much to me.
I really miss it when they used the pipes especially when they used them for the intros of every show. It made every intro epic for every show.
