There is one thing you have to say to BMW fans when it comes to CLK63 is to look at the top gear version they did on this car and then come back and speak how much BMW is better. Even better look at the new C63 black M3 has nothing on it absolutely nothing Benz is back and they are making cars as they used to in 80s. @trento728 Manual transmission is classier and more respectable than a DCT or automatic. Automatics are for douches that dont know how to drive manual. Sure DCT is faster, but its sad to see the manual start disappearing because the DCT is just that little bit faster.

What I meant by M having DCT is that it wouldnt surprise me that if in a few years all their cars offer only DCT.

This is one of my all time favorite cars. Just because its so mad. It's built tough enough to withstand hours and hours of hot laps at a race track, while being able to make the drive home. You could beat on this thing all day and you wouldn't notice any fade on anything. You can't beat the fantastic sound, the amazing looks, the build quality, the power or the speed. I want one soooo badly.

i like Mercs better then BMW's. because in a straight line the C63 AMG is quicker then the M3 and the M3 is the quickest stock BMW. and the straight lines when you think about it are all that matters reason being when you actually own one and use it on the road you never powerslide around corners all you do is accelerate in a straight line so that means the straight line speed of the mercedes is the only speed you can use in the real world.

Around a track an AMG will struggle to put down its power while any M car will be fast and poised. I also love AMG, their engines are brilliant but M is better. The End!

the SL65 AMG BS weighs 243lbs more than the CLK63 AMG Black Series.

also, with 670hp and 738ft. lbs., you'd think it would go faster to 60 than just under 4 seconds. hell, the 3800lb Nissan GT-R with 190hp less than the SL65 BS does 3.3 to 60. it might be 570lbs less than its non-Black SL65 sibling, but its still fat and slow compared to cars in its market.

look up the actual road test numbers. mercedes is ALWAYS conservative when they give their 0-60 times. it can do it in 3.8 i believe. however, its not all about 0-60. that car handles amazingly im sure. and the gtr is an exception. it outruns ferraris and lambos worth three times as much.

actually, no, i am not 100% sure because i have NOT driven it. however, i have logged about 28,000 miles in my clk63 black series and it drives and handles like no other. how close the sl65 is to the clk, i'm not sure, but i am willing to bet it drives just as good if not better.
