An incorrect philisophical idea or explaination doesn't make a person a disbeliver. The Jews and Christians who believe in God but clearly hold incorrect beliefs according to Muslims are not Kafir. They are considered people of the book.
Likewise Muslim scholars hold differant positions and have differant explainations. It does not make them Kafir unless he choose the wrong postion intentionally.

And he says who ever fails to believe the above is Kafir

what i came to in the end is, i'm only a Muslim, with no label. no sect. I worship God alone. I respect ahlulbayt the imams & i respect the sahaba.
live your life with no label, worship God, love the prophet &do his example, DON'T ever call any human a kafir, God is the judge, u'll live happy :)

The twelve Infallible Imams are the core belief of the Shia, so then why are they not mentioned in the Quran? An incorrect philisophical idea or explaination doesn't make a person a disbeliver. The Jews and Christians who believe in God but clearly hold incorrect beliefs according to Muslims are not Kafir. They are considered people of the book.
Likewise Muslim scholars hold differant positions and have differant explainations. It does not make them Kafir unless he choose the wrong postion intentionally.

Have you ever talked to someone about Islam? It can take a 10 min to convince them or it can take 10 years. Things aren't as obvious as you think. The Prophet established his reputation for 40 years, taught for 23 years and performed miracles, everyone didn't believe but he was still merciful, loving and forgiving to people who had done awful things to him, but his "followers" are happy to shed there brother's blood because of intellectual differences.

People who believe in Allah aren't considered Mushrik unless they claim it openly. Explanations for beliefs which are incorrect or disagreements in Fiqh don't make someone a disbeliever. It also not allowed to endanger innocent people by naming them Kuffar.
This is very clear in the Quran and Sunna. The righteous Khulafa and the learned scholars of Sunni and Shia agree about this.
