don't throw yourhead back... people say throw your head back cuz your body will follow... bad you will lose alot of height keep your head tucked in so you have a tighter tuck also don't double hop take off push mainly off you toes don't do wat you do and hop then push back flatfooted.... hope this helps
Its easier without your shoes because they are weighing you down. Its good that your trying and when u get better at flips you can move up to more badass moves.
you're getting there mate just remember practice makes perfect, remember when you push off try to push off all the way up to your toes because i have noticed you are pushing off kind of flat footed, this may or may not help, worth a try tho eh?
the goood ones that you get are because of the jolt backwards when you push off

Listen to his tip, Pushing throught all part of the legs up to the toes is the key.
