I watches the 1st one and half of this one, its making my eyes hurt, seriously, Im getting a bit of a headache. Is this normal? The indigo clear high heart makes my eyes ache.

Im fascinated by this, would love to know more.

@rach2of3 When you get headaches, that means there are blockades in your energy grid, and i think it is pretty common, more practice and open mind will solve the issue. Hope this helps!!

I love the rose quartz solar plexus! This is a fascinating educational course in the singing quartz bowls. The Amethyst heart is quite impressive as well. It seems to not add something but to remove the negativity and heaviness from my center and energy feel. I feel so refreshed after the sound stops. Thanks again for bringing these lessons to youtube!
