I also had problems with my headphones. Motorola says that they are resistant to sweat and moisture but turned out to be a lie because when I sweat a little bike riding and they got out of sound. it goes up and down and now I get all the low volume is really disappointing. if someone else the same thing happened to him please write it in the channel thanks.

Beware. There are alot of knock offs out there. You bought these online didn't you? Amazon has several vendors that you cannot trust. If the price is very cheap, that should be a red flag to investigate the company further before making a purchase. In some cases, there are good deals available.

geez you must have really done something very rough to break them like that. I work in UPS and bring these to work every day and I have given them some rough rough use. I have even dropped them several times and stepped on them accidentally and the only thing that has happened so far is that the play/pause button doesn't always respond like it should, i'm also starting to have some trouble with the volume controls but as I said this comes from very rough use. These babies are tough.

Ok, the way you can identify that this product is fake it's by noticing the light on the back of the headsets, it's below surface, unlike the original ones the light is on the surface. The other thing you want to scrutinize is the warranty sticker, if it doesn't come with a warranty sticker then it's NOT a Motorola product. Also you want see the box of this product, usually come inside a hard plastic protector inside the box, where you pull them out from the top NOT THE BOTTOM.
