@parnellrd Well first off let me rebuttal by saying no one cares what you have to say because 1) your a faggot. 2) this is youtube not college ill spell however i want to as in your fucking gay, your step father abused you as a kid, your a fucking friendless bitch. If you think this band sold out or whatever the fuck you were saying a month ago (your not worth my time a barely red it) then go bitch about it somewhere else. Damn I feel good. And for my closing statement ill say FUCK YOU.
@fixlana - this is one of the earliest songs that Jay ever wrote - I believe he was 17 when he wrote it, for a very special friend. Bedouin have done it in the past, but no longer. Jay thinks that the version he put on Bright Lights and Bruises should be enough to lay the ghosts to rest.
There is still a chance that it'll turn up in their new shows, though - Jay suggests that doing a bit of an acoustic set during the gig might happen, so there's always the chance it'll show up again.

I'm guessing they don't play it or re-record it because they used to have a 4th member in the band and he got a songwriting credit. They'd have to pay him.
omfg I JUST realised that me and my buddies are the ones holding up our shoes LOL that was a great show, jay came out and dedicated a few songs to us after that cus we were the most rowdy there (2:32)
I saw them for the first of four times in 2006 in what was (even just by the main set) one of the best shows I've ever seen. The one regret I had when I left though was that I had to leave before the encore, which I found out later was Santa Monica. It was a local festival where a lot of my schoolmates went, and everyone kept telling me afterwards it was absolutely unreal, and made the rest of the show look average by comparison.
Is there a reason he's singing about the British army? obviously they went nowhere near Santa Monica. Just wondering...
