its funny how ppl say that the Drake performance was terrible.what ppl don't understand is that the All-Star game is about promoting the game: specifically to NBC and the states. Put Drake there and you get the younger, American fanbase who don't normally watch hockey the NHL doesn't care about already-fans (i.e. those of us who already watch/like hockey)! the NHL isn't about appeasing the fans who watch anyways, its about increasing the reach of the brand to those who don't regularly follow it
