And the fact, that muslims are allowed intercourse with a child only if they are married to the man in question. Replace the "sodomy" with "thighing" (the act of putting ones penis in between her thighs and ejaculating there) and remove the "allowing intercourse" and replace it with "if married", then you are correct. @suvakofin I totally agree with you pal...especially when you said "if they weren't a threat". As to sodomy, there is hadith quoting Mo advising those who have anal sex with the old, young, dead or animals to wash afterwards (look it up) in contradiction to it being a punishable offence.

@Allahusexbar I don't think the hadiths override the Quran. Because to my knowledge, the Quran comes always first, the hadiths second and fatwas third. IIRC anyways.

@syazwankhan well in the uk and america, most muslims and children forced to learn the religion DONT know arabic, and they are still reading the teachings of islam in english, so it is totally valid to still bring up texts in english since many muslims are learning the teachings of islam in english. I also find it hard to believe that every evil passage has been misinterpreted.

In the Quran, there are verses that command Muslims to fight non-muslims, but we are only allowed to fight non-muslims who oppress us and drive us out of our own homes because of our religion. Thats justice, if people fight us, we have the right to defend ourselves, terrorists pick and choose verses to fulfill their evil objectives.

@yuzk2 islam might seem that way because of some thing called Hadith for example in this video this idiot quoted what he said,not from the Quran ,but from a guy called sahih al bukhari who was born in persia around 855 ad and decided to compile a series of books called the Hadith which are stories about speeches of the mohammed . these speeches were collected 200 years after the death of mohammed and are great topics of debate amongst muslims about how genuine these speeches are
