Jean Marie has since become a mother again. This time she was ready to be a mom and is a wonderful mother to Geonna. She still sees Payton and now Payton has a little sister who looks just like her.
That is an awesome video. I am glad you took the time to do that. Adoptive \babies are so lucky to have birth mothers and birth fathers to care for you so much and want you to have the very best, that they give you a new family.
This is a wonderful story. I cried while watching this video. This was such an amazing that you did for this couple. My wife and I have been trying for 5 years to have a baby and its not working. We only hope to find someone as special as you are, to be able to make our dreams come true as well. We have been together for almost 12 years and we are wanting to have this dream come true one day. I cant say how much this aches my heart in so many ways. God bless you!
WOW! This was truly an inspirational and touching video! I am praying that I will be able to be a mommy one day! I had to have a complete hysterectomy at the age of 28 and have ALWAYS dreamed of being a mommy...perhaps one day! The birth parents are heroes in my eyes as they did what was best for that baby not themselves. Congratulations to the adoptive parents and God bless all of you!
AMAZING! i'm an adoptee myself and i know i love both my adoptive and birth parents! :D i'm glad it worked out for you i know its not always the case.
i am 100% supporter of adoption! I would never adopt my children out, but I believe adoption is a very beautiful thing! why couldnt all do adoption and stop abortion!
@mjjrjjd you should delete all the messages left by idiots. It's infuriating to read them. Keep this thread positive. People who are uneducated about adoption, have no right to comment here. Happy birthday Payton! Nice that both families were able to celebrate together. We have done the same. My son is 7 now. We see his birth family as often as we can, but becuase of distance, it's hard. Much love to your family!
@lbird64 Thank you for the supportive words. We also get together with Payton when we can. Payton now has a little sister, Geonna. Thank you once again for the kind words. Much love to your family as well.
Wow this is such a lovely video! Well done for making an awesome decision. Too may people abort but I don't understand why when there are so many loving homes for babies to go to if the birth parents aren't in the right place to have a baby. Accidents happen and this was one with a great ending :D *hugs* to you guys
This was such a nice video...I think you (your daughter) made the right dissision for what ever reasons...And the new mom and dad look very caring, I think ppl need to quit bashing on ppl for there own disisions its probley for the better...I think its alot better then abortion....anyways godbless and lovely video
I dont think this video was posted for people to bash them for the hardest choice they ever had to make which includes both parties involved. I work with both birth-mothers abd adopted children. Every child who is adopted does not have problems in regaurds to hate, mental health. Most children I meet are grateful for the fact that they have been adopted and love their parents very much. Congrats on the adoption....
Thank you for all the positive comments about this video. I had to delete the negative comments. Cruel and uneducated twits will say the most stupid and hurtful things.
My daughter is doing well and see and talks to her daughter often.
for all of you stupid idiots who spend their life putting down others for their choices can go to hell. It is HER CHOICE so get the frick over it. Get a life and stop spamming how horrible they are. NOOBS
you are a fricken joke. You must not be very educated to say that all adopted children suffer tremendous trauma, physucal deprivation and psychic shock. These young girls are thinking about the best needs of the baby. They are doing a selfless deed. There are many couples out there such as myself who cannot have a child of our own and if it weren't for girls like these we would NEVER have the ooportunity to be a parent. You should be ashamed of the things you are blurting out about people!
I actually have a Ph.D, as well as two other international degrees. You cannot even write a decent paragraph of written English (your grammar and spelling are appalling), hence, you obviously haven't even had a basic education (my 13-year-old son laughed at your comment). It has been proven, time and time again, that adoption causes life long trauma to both mother and child. Go and get your facts straight (and take a course in grammar and spelling), before you make a fool of yourself again!
@CoastalMuse rofl. I am glad your 13 year old laughs at something other than his own mother who comes on here to talk trash about what OTHERS do with THEIR life. Lady, serisouly if you truly have a degree maybe you should use it rather than putting people down over the internet. Useless PHD...
You're the one talking trash, lady. You're putting down a woman who earned a Ph.D. while you haven't even mastered the English language! I'm sure her son respects his mother. However, he'd do well to laugh at you, what you say is TRASH...If you don't believe me--just look at yourself in the mirror!
@BenAnthonyKatia ROFL! So she has a PHD woopdy doo! She acts like a child and puts down others who have to make a hard choice. As i said before others out there who can't bear a child have nothing else but to adpot. So maybe she should close her friggen mouth until the day she herself cannot have a child, friggen selfish people
Why don't you just adopt one of the millions of orphans who are being mistreated in institutions around the globe instead of SELFISHLY and DESTRUCTIVELY separating NATURAL (NOT BIRTH) mothers and children, who, given adequate support, would make fantastic families. Look at yourself in the mirror! You're NOT ENTITLED to have a child just because you're infertile anymore than I'm entitled to have millions of dollars in the bank because I don't have the same financial "fertility" as a millionaire.
@BenAnthonyKatia adoption is adoption whether it be from an institution or from a mother's arms. She made the choice for a reason and who are you guys to tell her she made the wrong choice. Not everyone is ready for children. And I think EVERY woman is entitled to be a mother IF THEY CHOOSE. You both should be ashamed for judging her for her choice.
You are the one who should be ashamed of yourself, StatisticsSay. Adopting abused children from institutions is NOT the same as selfishly separating a child from their natural mother. You must be mentally ill or retarded to think so. Also, every infertile woman is NOT entitled to have a child. Am I entitled to steal a million from Donald Trump because I haven't got the ability to make my own money? Infertile women have NO right to steal children just because they are can't make their own.
@antoniokufsi who the hell is STEALING children? This is a friggen adoption you tard. And if it weren't for her adopting out her child her child might be one of those abused kids in an institution. friggen freaks
@antoniokufsi It is not selfish. It is the complete opposite. If she wanted to be selfish , she would have kept her. That would be selfish, for not giving her baby a better life. You have no idea why she gave Peyton up , so knock it off. I know the birthmother , and she had EVERY RIGHT & MADE THE BEST DECISION for THE BABY. And she still sees her, but she was not in the right position to have that baby. There is so much behind it that you dont know. So until you go through it, dont judge her.

What a dangerous, deceptive and poisonous film! Adoption destroys families and robs babies of the most important person in their universe: their natural mother. Babies of robbed of breast milk (the only perfect food--also replete with antibodies) and the blissful fusion that results from being breastfed by their natural mother are DISADVANTAGED and TRAUMATISED. Babies who long to hear the voice of their natural mother but are robbed of that natural right are MISTREATED. Stop deluding yourself!
