Try losing 80 percent of your scoring from one year to the next. Until then, just remember that Duke hasn't beaten a top-4 seed in 9 years, and during that time, we missed the tourney twice, but we won the championship twice. Since 2001, Duke has gotten bounced from the sweet 16 5 times (3 times as a 1 seed), choked a final four away and bitten the dust in the first weekend twice. Talk about underachieving in the long run. Enjoy this year's sweet 16 bust. Our run at another title is not far away
we lost 4 key seniors from the 05-06 team that was literally our entire team (as well as some 4* players that transfered) and still won 22 games and made the tourney in a conference that had 6 other teams (unc, uva, vt, bc, md, gt) make the NCAA tourney...much stronger than it was this yr...so ya we didnt suck against a weaker conference the year after losing literally our whole team. dont try the good recruiting class either...u had a better freshman class this yr then we did in 06-07

Funny because K has already stated that Kyle will play completely on the perimeter. Yes, he has guard skills, can shoot the 3 and handle the ball. I'd say he is a guard.
Being able to shoot the 3 and drive passt other post players does not make you a guard. Singler will drive only when a big is guarding him, he doesn't have the quickness to drive on ACC guards and he definitely doesn't have the quickness to guard them. K can comment all he wants before the season starts, but dook's best team will be with Singler at the 4.
dude if youre gonna talk "smack" about duke at least do some research on this years team. dukes best lineup has singler at the 3 and playing on the perimeter, which makes him a guard. i guess since Ginyard cant drive around other players smaller, he isnt a guard either. God, youre hopeless.
Singler can create match-up problems at the 3, but I think R.Kelly is your best option there with Singler at the 4. Kelly has a much better mid-range game, is a better passer, and a little more agile on defense. I don't see Mason Plumlee ready yet to take on ACC bigs, so its either Singler at the 4 with R.Kelly or Singler at the 3 with Mason. I'd rather have R.Kelly on the floor.

According to his stats from last year, just over 86% of his shots either came from in the paint or beyond the arc.
Again look where Kyle HAD to play last year. No wonder those were the stats. Neither looked great in a SCRIMMAGE? Did you see your freshmen in your scrimmage. If you base your theories on a simple scrimmage then you need to be very worried about UNC. Mason is much more ready for collegiate battles than Ryan is, especially after Ryan lost 20 lbs this summer due to illness.

Duke only experience is a beat down in the Sweet 16, and a 1st and 2nd round exit. Ginyard and Thompson starters on Final 4 teams and Davis was good in last years run. Next couple years edge to duke you stupid Barnes is at UNC next year along with Bullock and year after is McAdoo and Hairston.

Funny because K has already stated that Kyle will play completely on the perimeter. Yes, he has guard skills, can shoot the 3 and handle the ball. I'd say he is a guard.

Being able to shoot the 3 and drive passt other post players does not make you a guard. Singler will drive only when a big is guarding him, he doesn't have the quickness to drive on ACC guards and he definitely doesn't have the quickness to guard them. K can comment all he wants before the season starts, but dook's best team will be with Singler at the 4.

Singler can create match-up problems at the 3, but I think R.Kelly is your best option there with Singler at the 4. Kelly has a much better mid-range game, is a better passer, and a little more agile on defense. I don't see Mason Plumlee ready yet to take on ACC bigs, so its either Singler at the 4 with R.Kelly or Singler at the 3 with Mason. I'd rather have R.Kelly on the floor.

I haven't been bashing dook, and why do you keep asking me to do my research or homework. I never said Kelly was better than Singler, but I think he's better than Mason. Niether looked great in your CTC schrimmage. Singler may have a great mid-range game, but I haven't seen any of it besides an occasional baseline jumper. According to his stats from last year, just over 86% of his shots either came from in the paint or beyond the arc.

Again look where Kyle HAD to play last year. No wonder those were the stats. Neither looked great in a SCRIMMAGE? Did you see your freshmen in your scrimmage. If you base your theories on a simple scrimmage then you need to be very worried about UNC. Mason is much more ready for collegiate battles than Ryan is, especially after Ryan lost 20 lbs this summer due to illness.
