This is FANTASTIC!! However, looks to me like little Janet Lennon, who is as sweet as she can possibly be, would just rather not be up there "knocking" around on stage, she's 18 on the show, she probably wanted to go necking with some of the hot boys in the band! LOL!!
I love it. I have fond memories of watching Lawrence Welk every Saturday night throughout the 1960's and into the early 70's. I would have to say my favorites were Myron and Jo Ann, but they were all great. And I had a crush on Janet back then! Where have they all gone?
Check out Stan Freberg's Lawrence Welk parody. It's a wonerful wonerful.

Weird Al Yankovic used the main melody of this in his recent "Polka Face" medley, right before going into Kesha's "Tick Tock"

I dont mean to be a "debbie downer" but people were being oppressed by communism in Russia in 1964. it puts all the fun of this video in perspective.

They all were extremely talented. Myron Floren was one of the greatest accordionists ever and JoAnn was fantastic as well.
