Hi there, I had a few different due dates and by on eof them I was 12 days overdue, I think normally its about 2 weeks over.

Don't all pregnant women's abdominal muscles seperate? @least that is what my ob/gyn told me why I couldn't do abdominal exercises for the first few weeks.

Not as bad as mine did, 4 fingers is alot and they said it can get alot worse when I'm older or if I get pregnant again. They don't want me doing ab crunches etc for 6 months.
