  • @ vcubes7 you are an idiot

  • The V-Cube 6 IS the V-Cube 7 so the 7 has the same amount of pieces as the V-Cube 6

  • Basically.

  • is your v-cube 6 modified?

  • The V-Cube 7 has the same number of pieces as the V-cube 6 because it has the same pieces just hidden beneath the surface.

  • wow u like to play rubiks cube

  • dude you taught me how to solve it but i broke it please make a tutorial please

  • man.....do it....not talk .......do it!

  • on the 1x1 you only have only one corner piece

  • @yorpwnd hey i was right about to comment that and you already did!

  • hey rob ima huge fan i wuz just wundering if u hav a v-cube 2b cuz i just bought one and im gunna do i review on it when i get it

  • aargh, i lost a clamp piece. Can you buy these pieces separately?

  • @GeneraLKaoZ yes, i think you can. order them from rubiks.com

  • With other words... Taking a rubiks cube over 5*5*5... NOT recommended!

  • just to tell you the v-cube 6 and 7 have the same amount of peices lol

  • just to tell you the v cube 6 and 7 have the same amount of peises

  • This shit looks strange from teh insidez

  • you can put all pieces randomly but the corners have to be in the solved position

  • 2:50 The V-Cube 7 has the exact same amount of pieces. The clamps and wedges have colors on them on the V-Cube 7.

  • Will this same idea work for a Maru 4x4?

  • you can put all the centers and edges randomly but the corners need to be solved for the cube to be solvable

  • hey u have married ring

  • i'm buying a v cube 6. but never takin it apart

  • Do you wear a camera on your head?

  • I can get 2 clamp pieces and a wedge into place but the last 2 clamps dont go into place, they just fly when you try to put click them in place and because of this I lost one of the clamps and this happened on my very first day I got my V-Cube 6. Do I need to spend an extra $60 and wait 3 days for another cube? Fixing the core is impossible as far as I know.

  • Comment removed

  • You just have to out in the corners solved.

    (My english = Devil)

  • the Vcube 7 has the exact same amount of pieces as the 6

  • iv exploded my V6 many times, approximately 10-12 times and rebuilt it many times..

you do NOT need to put them back into the appropriate order.. because of the formation of the V6 and ANY even cube (2x2 4x4 6x6 8x8) there are parities envolved that allow you to configure a piece by itself. I have never gotten into a position that i needed to redestroy it..

just for people that are lazy to sort the colors.. you can just put any piece into its appropriate oreintation (not order).

    anyways 5*

  • can you show how to fix the rubiks 5x5 please!! I REALLY NEED TO KNOW!! MINE FELL OUT INTO PIECES AND I CANT FIX IT!! PLEASE HELP!!

  • v cubes have 218 pieces + the core so its 219

  • idiot?? why i get thumbs down? its alredy written it v cube small book??

  • I got a question, my cube is so oily and its too hard to put it back together, What shall i do?

  • you can basicly....basicly....basicly....we are going to basicly....

    lol

  • @Freshman000000 If you're trying to make Rob look like an idiot, Don't try. You're making yourself look like one.

  • lol

  • Anybody know if you can get each individual piece?

    My friend's V-Cube(7 x 7) lost one piece.

Is there any way of getting just the individual piece?

  • good job but u said basicly too much

  • Agreed.

  • the word is "basically"

    sheesh, can't anyone spell anymore?

  • hey

  • @rwfellows can't anyone think before they type anymore -.-

  • did it to help people asshole!

  • the v cube 6 has the same ammount of pices.

  • looks like a s'vivon on steroids

  • Basically you're right... :o)

  • The V-Cube 7 has the same number of pieces as the V-Cube 6. LOL

  • v-cube 6 is a v-cube 7, just the pieces go over the core instead of rotate around it.

  • To whoever is interested: Randomly constructing a V-7, there is a 1/12 chance that it is solvable.

    Randomly constructing a V-6, there is a 1/3 chance.

  • Also a V-cube 7 is 7x7x7 and a V-Cube 6 is obviously 6x6x6

  • so wats there diffrence?

  • ......are you kidding me?

  • dude...okay for 1. 7 is 1 more then 6,

    2. theres 49 squares on each side of a 7x7 and 36 squares on each side of a 6x6,

    3. 7 is odd and 6 is even.

    and 4. There are more squares on a V-Cube 7 (7x7x7) than a V-Cube 6 (6x6x6) and they use the same structure.

  • actually that's untrue about the 49 piecies per side, and 36 pices per side, because the edge pieces are part of 2 sides at once, and the corners are part of 3 sides at once,so somesides have 36 while the once next to it have 24, :P

  • Im talking about individual squares. Not actual pieces.

  • The internal core peices on a Vcube 6 are like the edge peices on a vcube 7

  • Thanks for making this informative video. Much appreciation!! ;)

  • corn pops are nasty

  • what site do u buy v cubes

  • wvvw.v-cubes.c0m

  • @mcca5679

    v-cube(dot)com

  • How do you fix the V cube 7? Mine is broken and there is no other videos that show how to fix the V Cube 7. If there is can you tell me? Thanks

  • watch MeMyselfandPi's tutorial on it, if u havent found out

  • GREAT! We started to try to reassemble the 6x6 without success. Your video was a great help with our cure back-online. We accidently, however, rated your video a 3 instead of a 5 star but could not change it. Our apologies for the rating..

  • im not saying that this tutorial is bad in anyway but i prefer memyselfandpi's tutorials.

  • yeah, his is a lot simpler.

  • you can assemble it scrambled. you just need to make sure the corners all line up so it can still be solved

  • i was solving my 6x6 and it fell apart i put it back together and i'm a 10 year old

  • so? whats with that? you are 10 years old and you probably watched these videos and reassembled your cube. but that is not anything special

  • i was at a coffee shop when it fell apart plus i could give you some e-mail adresses of my friend that were watching

  • wow, and i was call nerd for saying "rubix cube for life"....

  • Thank you for this video. I just got a V-Cube 6x6 and mid way through my first solve 4 pieces popped out. I spent about 20 minutes trying to put them back in with no success. But after watching this I was able slide the pieces in with little trouble. 5 stars!

  • Wait... You're left-handed? Me too!!!

    Rock on.

  • leftys are AWESOME!!!

  • Why thank you!

  • left hands have royal blood

  • 212 pieces !!!! omg

  • 213 including the core

  • i prefer memyselfandpi's tutorial but it is still very good :) 4*

  • the v-cube 7 has the same amount of pieces as the v-cube 6. *213* pieces; you didnt count the core as a piece!

  • 0.0 holy shit!

  • you say basically too much but the 7x7 is so cool

  • Thanks for the vid. One of my son's friends exploded my V6 today. Your video was most helpful in putting it back together. I sprayed with silicone while it was apart and it works SOOOOO much better.

  • the v-cube seven has the same amount of pieces because there are no internal pieces besides the core

  • Anyone know where to buy parts for 7x7? i have lost a piece):

  • email the v-cubes company and ask for a replacement piece. when silverpotatoxl did that, the sent him an entire new cube!

  • mate the v-cube 6 has the same amout of peices as the v-cube 7 just on the v-cube 6 all the middile peices are hidden bellow the outer pecies

  • tyo basically said basically 27 times

  • that "notch" on the clamp pieces mentioned at about 6:45 is what causes the clicking mechanism. I've discovered that it is totally safe to shave that off and you have a non-clicking 6x6. It is harder to keep the layers straight though.

  • wow..... you said "basically" 27 times

IN THE SAME VIDEO. you should just do the math on the cube and that adds up to how many times you said basically....

  • i knocked out two center pieces and a clamp piece, HELP!!!! can i do it without taking the whole cube apart?

  • if you hav'nt found out or done it already, i dont think you can.

  • i got it, it happened to me like 5 times, i think thats the most common pieces that pop out

  • lol my v-cube six which i just got today actually broke on my first solve i thought it was over i got confused by the inner support pieces

  • i am to afraid to take apart my cubes and re-assembling them. All you have to do is take care of your cube and you wont have to waste time doing this. Even though you have cool videos ROBHO629

  • I'm just glad this video exists. Cause if i break mine i will deffinitly be using this it looks very well done

  • hey rob

i need to fix my vcube 7

it broke into millions of pieces and i would like to fix it

can u make vids that tell us how to fix a 7?

  • copy cat of pogobats username.

  • how? they are not that similar.

  • all of the v cubes have a 3x3 of core

  • The V-Cube 7 has the exact same amount oas the V-Cube 6

  • true

its the same mechanism...tha interlocking pieces are the center layer of the v cube 7

  • where can i buy vcubes

  • google is your friend.

  • thx dude, for making this vid

  • 2:22

  • It is 218 pieces i think. Also to answer your question the v-cube 7 also has 218 pieces as there are no hidden parts...

  • Yes, V-cube site has 218 because they included the 6 center supports on the axis of the core structure. It's true also that the V-cube 7 has the same amount of pieces.

  • why do you need to bring math into it and it the inside looks scary a lot of pieces

  • you should call the edge groups"quedges"for your how to solve a 6x6 tutorial.hope this helps!

  • Hey rob my v-cubes came today and the same thing happened 2 me!!!!!!!!! exept mine only broke to the 3rd layer. It took me 1 hour to fix it. then I lokked on youtube and I found your vid and said as loud as I could DAMN IT

. Oh and my most important ques. will u soon be making a 6x6 and 7x7 tutorial ppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppplllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssssssseeeeeeeeeeeee bye!!!

  • its really not hard just the parity use the 4x4 and 5x5 bcuz the 7x7 tends to get both weird huh? and look on youtube how to get the centers if your unsure

  • just fyi if you put all the corners oriented correctly then you can just put all other pieces wherever thenn solve, trust me it helps

  • wtf!

  • I believe that the 7x7 has less pieces. the reason for this is because the 6x6 essentially has a internal 7x7. This is also why the 6x6 is heavier.

  • I just looked at my v-cubes and I think that they have the same # of peices

  • wow your math is really off when you added the pieces..

  • nevermind lol sorry i was looking at your numbers and i couldnt read your handwriting very well.

  • lol insolvable

  • is it safe to loosen the screws? and is it safe to put silicon in it?

  • do NOT spray silicon straight into the cube! it will melt the pieces and stick together. luckily i got it apart and sanded the bumps. lay out the pieces and spray it with silicon then let it dry and reassemble. i did it on the vcube7 and it worked great.

  • Gozo, I am not sure which silicone spray you used, but if you use 100% heavy duty silicone spray (CRC brand), it will not melt the cube. The thing that will ruin your cube plastic is if the so called "silicone spray" has petroleum distillates. It's a powerful chemical that will melt the pieces, as you can see in my 3x3 tutorial on my old cube. But I've used 100% silicone and it doesn't damage it. You definitely don't want to over lubricate the v-cube 6 though, pieces will pop out more often.

  • god, its a puzzle just to put it back together thanks for the tutoriol

  • xD RICK ROLLED

  • It has 213 pieces! You're not counting the core!

  • core isnt realli a piece...pieces are wht make up the cube itself that u put on the core..so the core is excluded

  • doesnt the vcube 7 have the exact same amount of pieces? some of the inside pieces of the 6x6 are attached to outside squares (at least thats what ive heard)

  • my last question is do i have to take the screw out in order to put the piece back in and then screw it back?

  • yea i know, im just saying that 1 of the center support pieces is not attached to the axis, so what i'm trying to ask is how do i connect that last center support

  • Oh, you should have just said so.. You said it was loose, I figured you screwed it back on since I have them on in the video. So just screw that on, not too tight, try and match it to the others. Then you can pop the pieces in and it will hold them in place.

  • just snap it in, it wont damage anything

  • the center support doesn't snap in it looks like it has to be screwed in

  • oh, you ment the center support. you don't have to unscrew anything, really. just position the pieces in between the center supports

  • ohh because i positioned the center support itself and that flat surface doesnt stay stuck like the others if u are not touching it

  • umm, what do you mean?

  • the center support, the flat shaped object thats the part that doesn't want to stay in place

  • well then, you never should have unscrewed it. sorry man, but my camcorder just busted its tape and now its not working at all and im really really frustrated and mad WHY DOES THIS HAVE TO HAPPEN TO ME? :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

  • I never unscrewed it...it just popped out when i went to lube it

  • creepy. idk, what does it look like now?

  • the flat piece is the same and so is the whole architectural object it just doesnt want to stay attached like the other flat pieces

  • Dude, this is the last thing I am going to say on this. Look at my axis piece in the beginning, OK? I have the axis piece connected to what I call "center supports" which are the sort of square pieces that are ALREADY attached to the axis by screws. YOU NEED all of those supports attached to the axis before ocntinuing.. Once you get those on, then please just watch my video ENTIRELY and it answers ALL QUESTIONS because I DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OUT. OK? Just watch and it shows everything.

  • can you make a video of it? that would make it a lot easier for me

  • yea i understand the interlocking pieces, it's just that the center support the one with the screw, isn't tight its always falling off

  • Not sure what you mean, all 6 center supports have screws connecting them to the axis. Everything that I did was included in the video, nothing was done off camera so you should be able to complete the cube with just these videos.

  • one question, how am i suppose to put the flat part of the core tightly with the screw not being to come out?

  • Not sure what you mean. Each center support on the screw is attached to a spring as well. This allows the supports to have some give and also allow you to fit pieces in between them and snapping into place tightly because of the spring. The pieces basically move so it's not immovable because of the screws, if that's what you mean.

  • yea i notice the spring, i tried to snap the flat piece through the screw to where the spring is. I can't seem to put that one on

  • like in order to place the center support, do i have to remove the screw with the spring?

  • Just do it like I do at around 6:00 and on. Put those interlocking clamp pieces together, put it on the center support. Pop the wedge piece in next to it and then put 2 more clamp pieces in the remaining gap by snapping it in. I explain it all in the video, I do one of them.

  • What if a white piece inside popped out?

  • also i put a 4x4 back togeather once, if my 6x6 falls apart, il sell it on ebay for parts

  • r vcube stickers or tiles

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH

on my second solve part of the core structure popped off and without this video i would have never been able to put it back together

  • can you do the same with the v-cube 7?

  • I really am not planning on taking apart the V-Cube 7 anytime soon, as I said. This tutorial took me hours to do, so maybe if my V-cube 7 comes apart.

  • can you do the same with the v-cube 7?

  • Yeah buddy, I am not saying this is the best way. This is the way that worked for me and I decided to make a video to help others who may have already broken or dismantled their cubes and don't know how to put it back together. I am not trying to teach the "fastest way" or "best way", but merely a way that I know works since I did it, and so did some other people who commented on the third part. If you have trouble, then use the other method that you know works for you.

  • Either way man, you still have to place 212 pieces no matter what, don't you? So it doesn't really make a difference how. The only difference is he does it upside down and then flips it. I work my way up from the bottom to the top without flipping. The pieces still need to get attached the same way. This is basically showing how everything fits together, people can do it differently if they want to. I see what you're saying as far as working from the middle out though, either way works.

  • Rob you really make the best tutorials!

  • getting mine in about an hour or less

  • thanks, ill keep this in mind when i get my 6x6
