  • OKA IMA 100 INTO FEMALES.SO GAYS DONT TRY TO GET AT ME I AINT DOWN WITH THAT NO DISRESPECKT DOE.BUT I UNDERSTAND Y MOST FEMALES ARE GAY BUT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND Y MEN ARE GAY..EWWW DATS GAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @treyashton7 You don't understand either. How can you understand females, yet don't understand males? That makes no sense what so ever. The fact that you seeked out this video must mean you have some sort of issues with yourself.

  • @sketcheddreams hold up.I CLICKED ON DIS VIDEO CKUZ IT WAS RECCOMENDED TO WATCH FROM OUR SCHOOL TEACHER WE HAD TO WRITE AND ESSAY SO THERES YA ANSWER

  • you need to school me on the dmv lgbt scene.

  • LGBT or hetero, we're all the same! Love is love!

  • Can you post the name of the song that was being played during 3:25 5:10 pleaaase?

  • Kristy looks really good! In my area most of the butch and androgynous-looking women are all lesbians. I wouldn't personally mind dating a women who looks like she could pass as a man and a woman, but it's soo hard to find one who is straight, pan, or bi.

  • i think we should all just be proud together!! im 14 and i think this, we put up with enough shit! why are we doing this! we should be 1 big community TOGETHER! i dont see any difference anyway i just want to party together :L

  • Or they try to hang out with people they want to be like even though they really have nothing in common with the group.

  • I totally agree with you introduction to this video! Everyone needs to step out of their comfort zone especially in the LGBTQ community! We can find so many similarities across color lines!

  • I live in Houston, Texas and I can agree with Ben @ 6:58. The Mexican gay community, similar to the Mexican community as a whole, does not branch out. They stick together in their cliques. I think its because of the language barrier. They do everything in Spanish while everyone else is speaking English, they could be just sticking to their comfort zone...

  • I have watched a bar play country to rid all the blacks off the floor and out of the club, it backfired, the whites wouldnot come back to this club, The ball park in cincinnati, they did not come back and blacks vowed to never come back as well. Within 6 months this club went out of business! It was miraculous that black folks in Cincinnati, unified and did something! and it worked

  • Great series ..as Rosie mentioned many of the divides we see are manifested in cultural issues ...such as style and music . BUT there must be some common ground to bring the varouis racial groups together to benefit all . Here in the mid-west I have gone to clubs where they will change the genre of music to "get" the black people off the dance floor so the whites can dance ..and they will continue to play "country and white pop just to rid the bar of us ....still happens ..stay blessed Xem

  • I agree with Rosie (why can't we ALL party together)??????

  • this is a great documentary....i wish people would stop acting as if there is not a racial divide...i challenge everyone to look around the room the next time they are in a club or at a social event and peep the faces...then u will have your reality

  • Sonja was a woman?

Wow! I thought, "that's a pretty cute affeminate guy". I think she's pretty amazing to be fair.

  • Brian made a very good point about Pride being seperate. They should be at the same time. We don't see the seperation in Alaska like that.

  • there's more racisum in the black community then any....self hate is a mess fat ,skinny , light and dark , all are separate....lets start with home first....

  • theres more racism AGAINST the black community @tim2469

  • I cannot believe how ignorant I am to this issue! I don't know if that exists in the Canadian Gay Community. There are so few gay people that I don't think we see race over here. I could be wrong? But here we are not a "melting pot" like the USA. We are a mosaic. We do not conform to a set idea of One Nationality. We keep our own nationalities and celebrate that together during events like Carousel of Nations.

  • This race issue is really gettin BIG these days and i dont like it at all cause i dont have a problem with anyone and there race.... But hey its Life

    4rm Ceddi4Life (^_^)

  • I think this is creating an "issue" where there isn't one. The basis of what everyone is speaking about is personal preference. Just because you're gay or lesbian doesn't mean you no longer shuld have a personal preference. If you're an individual who chooses to party, love or interact with only black people; that's your preference. It doesn't mean that you're not a part of a united front for the rights of other gay/lesbian people. It means you can join hands in the fight while still being you.

  • there is a difference in your personal preference and your social network. I think that's what they are trying to get across more than anything. You never see a group of 5-10 gays where some are black, white, asian, latino, samoan, or whatever. Why is that? Something to think about seriously

  • we need more gays n the world

    it's so boring without us

  • @Greenterror

yea...but theres way more bisexuals (out and in the closeted) than straight and gay people

  • great video
