If you can switch between EXE and Shooting Star after fighting him, then does that mean you can fight the Dream Virus at the end with Shooting Star if you wanted to?

Whoa. What a battle. In my opinion, I like the original but with this game, we get an added twist with a crossover from Shooting Star Rockman. In my opinion, I would play as Rockman.EXE rather than Ryuusei no Rockman but regardless, you did a great job.

It's completely your choice if you want to play as Rockman.EXE or Shooting Star Rockman. And you play as Rockman.EXE for 3/4ths of the game anyways and can change between them at any point after fighting him.
