@munchkinmm it's an old traditional song of historical greater syria, she's talking about occupation and how no one can live with his freedom deprived. what she keeps on saying is literally " Oh mother, stabbing me with a dagger is better than letting an occupier rule and control and oppress me." beautiful.. i saw her at mazek m3 pepsi last week. she sang fairouz's song 'ana la7abibi o 7abibi eli' and she blew all the crowd away! her voice is just angelic. i really wish her all the best. she is one gr8 talent and i'm a biggest fan :)
