@realoj77 because there are stupid little punks on the web who were failed by their parents. There are guys that have no life and nothing better to do than be trolls on the internet and flag people's videos. Believe it or not, there are a bunch of little kiddies who have their little kiddie friends who all think it's cool to gang up and flag people's videos. But yea, there's no reason for this to be age restriction. Personally, these guys who flag have oppressed sexual issues.
