i think oakland needs another good tight end! we got zach miller who is good with his hands and can block well too but i think we should pick up cooley too and have zach miller and chris cooley as TE's and release tony stewart and i think oakland could possibly win 8 to 10 games with the right QB and receivers but oakland still has some work to do. we had a pretty good draft and a good offseason signings and trades but overall oakland could be ranked 11th or 12th in Off. and maybe 13th in Def.
i know this is a cooley highlight, but check out brunell man. i remember all anyone talked about was putting campbell in, get campbell in there. yeah good call.
I'm a Redskins fan, but I'll try to be objective here. I think Chris Cooley really flies under the radar with a lot of people. He is so important to the offense and consistently puts up 700+ yards and several touchdowns per year despite sharing catches with a legitimate threat like Santana Moss. Some other TE's in the league like Gonzalez and Gates are basically the #1 recievers in their offenses, unlike Cooley. I'm not saying he's better than them, but Cooley is still pretty damn good.

Cooley is much better at recieving then Whitten. And Cooley is much harder to bring down after the catch. The only thing Whitten can do better then Cooley is block. But Cooley has drastically improved his blocking.

In fantasy stats McNabb is no. 8 Qb, Campbell is 21 QB. Campbell also got hurt last season in week 13, so I don't know why in the hell you are talking about McNabb. Shockey had 7 tds and 66 rec in 2006. Cooley had 6 tds and 57 rec in 2006. Last year Shockey was hurt. Cooley wasn't. In 2006 Gonzalez had 5 tds. Thats not bad bro. I'd rather take Dallas Clare or Kellen Winslow or Todd Heap over Cooley.
