If I had to guess, its a cannonball jellyfish and you are either on the pacific coast or in the Atlantic midwest. It produces a toxin the form of mucus and will cause cardiac problems in humans. The little fella there the way the body proportions suggest it is from the genus Libinia, or some sort of Spider Crab. My best guess is Libinia Emarginata

Hi, the jellyfish is the common cannon ball jellyfish and the crab is a juvenile spider crab that is a symbiont. It lives on the jellyfish for a while steeling food from it, but will eat jellyfish tissue if it gets really hungry

They come in and out with the tide and the crab is a spider crab, they are immune to the sting and start their lives by hitching rides underneath the jellyfish.
