read your comment and get rid of everything but the last two lines, then replace "ron paul" with @whitecollarcriminal and i believe you have a realistic statement that many will uphold.
I had already decided to take my RP bumper sticker off my car yesterday when i saw the video that he does not believe in the theory of evolution. I feel really let down. I sent this guy over 250 dollars for his campaign. Money is really tight. can I get a refund?
Makes sense. Have an investigation so that the evidence can be dumped on the guilty. Kucinich, I believe, sent the motion of impeachment to the Judiciary Committee already, and having hearings.
After the Articles of Impeachment June 10th C-Span I am sure he has his mind made up now.
I am still voting for R.P. since I vote with a conscience and not the old 'lesser of the two evils' which keeps us where we deserve when people do that. Just wanted to state that ... Thanks

ROn Paul is no answer for America my friend. His views are libertarian for the most part. I ve given up on trying to understand just what role if any the government plays in a libertarian like Paul's world. They say they are for Small government. But thats just a euphism for NO Government. In Pauls world health inspectors at a food place is unconstitutional! lol! If you want cowboy capitalism go to nigeria where there ,literally a few rich people and everyone else is poor and pathetic.
you should read his book "a revolution a manifesto". He responds to the argument you just made against libertarianism.
However, Paul's reflections on the Constitution are much needed now. If more would address things Constitutionally we would have a better form of government than we do today.
blah blah he dont support it oh no you think he wants to make his republican party look bad as if it hasnt gone threw enough if he was gonna do anything then he would stand up for this my cred for dr ron just went south ive had it with all these phony politics
@RationalLiberty Yes we would have a better government in terms of allowing individuals property rights, and corporations rights, but would i seek to equalize a financially and socially polarized society? No.
At the time of my posting on here I didnt! Iwas igorant about the federal reserve, NWO, the unconstituional income tax, etc. I admit this. BUt by the grace of God, and it had to be God, I came across the movie zeitgiest on youtube. I decided to further research what they were saying and it pretty much opened the floodgates of knowledge for. NOw I support Ron paul! SO yes I was a blind follower of the government conspiracy like most are. Thankfully I now know the truth.
"DEBUNKED" BY whom? Ive watched every so called "anti- zeitgiest movie on youtube and all of them are pathetic. SO the "debunking" is normally done by people who are pre-disposedto be against it anyways. DO the Federal Reserve NOT control the Money supply? Of course Zeitgiest already taught the people they do. NOw I dare you aor anyone else to try and "debunk" that. As far as 9/11 goes NO ones "debunked" anything. If anything zeitgiest DEBUNBKED the governments conspiracy theory
Look, I'm no expert, so I'm not calling myself one. I looked into it for a while and I just don't agree. Watch the entire deabte on Democracy Now: Loose Change vs Popular Mechanics. The guys who made Loose Change were childish and shut down. At the end they just called the other guys liars. There are many other videos that debunk a lot of theories.
Yes, the Fed control's the money
But go ahead and keep spouting that it's the New World Order, and the Illuminatti, and that I'm a sheep.
Well if you are trying to argue that the Federal Reserve dont control the money supply, you certainly are no expert. Article 1 section 8 paragraph 5 gives the congress and congress only the power to coin money and regulate its value. Yet in 1913, after 130 years of struggle, international bankers successfully pulled off an economic coup in America by gaining control of the money supply. If you dont understand the importance of this you need to learn dude. Its slavery.
Debunked by whoM? lol! I don't believe the government one bit and never will. Look 9/11 was carried out by the U.S. government for several reasons. One reason was to build up support for what you see now, a crusade in the Middle east. 9/11, because people like you think "terrorist" committed it, gave the government a blank check from the people. Another reason 9/11 was caried out by the government was to get the "Patriot act" on the books. We are the target of the Patriot act not "terrorist".
WHen you talk about so called "conspiracy theories", remember the government has one too! 19 guys, 15v from saudi arabia, CONSPIRED to hijack aircraft with boxcutters and fly planes into the wtc and penatagon! lol! HOw do you know this sir? Did you drink the "bin laden did it kool0aid" because some guy in the oval office said Bin laden did it? Surely you dont blindly believe the things your government tells you! Tell me that you have an independent mind capable of critical thinking!
Yes, there are "REASONS" for a government to attack itself, but unless you have EVIDENCE, then it's just a STORY. You are claiming all these things without the evidence. I know it fits well with the New World Order stuff(which probably is actually happening), but that doesn't mean it is true.
"WHen you talk about so called "conspiracy theories", remember the government has one too! 19 guys, 15v from saudi arabia, CONSPIRED to hijack aircraft with boxcutters and fly planes into the wtc and penatagon! lol!"
I think you forget that the Taliban was trained and funed by the CIA---these guys weren't a bunch of cavemen. And either way, this is no evidence that proves your point. Like usual.
"Did you drink the "bin laden did it kool0aid" because some guy in the oval office said Bin laden did it? Surely you dont blindly believe the things your government tells you! Tell me that you have an independent mind capable of critical thinking!"
---Are you drinking the Inside Job koolaide? Surely you don't blindly believe what Alex Jones tells you! Please tell me you have an independent mind capable of critical thinking!
You see, it can go both ways. Stop being so shallow.
The same goes for the government then! AM i supposed to beleive them because some anchor on FOX NEWS or CNN told me "al-qaeda did it without evidence? THe only evidence that has been presented to the people is the governments evidence. WHy not have an OUTSIDE agence investigate it? People like yourself kill me with that "no evidence" stuff as if the government would actually present evidence against itself! BEsides there is enough evidence that goes agianst the governments claims! Research
I actually do agree that there should be another investigation, as it would quell peoples' worries, and because the 9/11 Commision Report had conflicted interests. Whether or not Bush had advance knowledge of 9/11 and did nothing---I don't know. Was he too arrogant, or maybe, just maybe he LET it happen---I don't know. The whole administration is full of liars and criminals, along with flat-out war criminals.
Furthermore, if Bush and Cheney weren't a bunch of neo-con cocksuckers, I'd hardly believe anyone would suspect their involvement. It's the fact that they have fucked up everything for the past 8 years which causes these conspiracy theories to start, in general.
HOWEVER, the control demolition theory is disproven!!! IT'S BEEN DEBUNKED!!! The official theory stands on what happened, and it is backed up by almost every expert in the related fields. Are you an engineer? Is Alex Jones an expert?
The correct answer was, "Of course I support impeaching the traitors in this administration and any other traitors we uncover as we investigate should be indicted appropriately too." He might have gone on to say, "This may be the last chance we have to use the peaceful processes provided in the constitution to return this country to the rightful owners. The American People."
The absurd kabooke dance over these ridiculous "primaries" and fawning over these vile "Parties" confirms this impulse
I think you might have missed what he was saying. We'd have to take one step at a time. People may hate Bush and suspect he was deliberately lying to get into war but there isn't enough evidence to prove that. Impeaching the president now would be like finding somebody guilty before a trial or even the gathering of evidence to neccesitate a trial. What he was saying was an investigation should be done first and if evidence was found then we could take action based on that.
Thank you RedLava78 for your feedback, but I respectfuly disagree that there is no evidence, many sources of evidence are in the public domain from qualified sources. I have listened and anyone can. The offical report is full of ommissions. Michael Chossudovsky, full length video on google video, is a good place to start, there are many others.
Greg Palast, John Pilger all have documented the lies.
Impeachment is like indicting someone. What are you going to indict Bush for ... misinformation? That's all Ron is saying. If someone has evidence that Bush lied, then we can bring articles of impeachment against him. Until then, it's a lack of evidence argument.
I say we get rid of a halfwit who got us into war over a guy who lied about getting a blowjob. I really don't understand "libertarians" like you. You lack judgement.
I haven't made any comment on my belief regarding impeachment of Bush, so I really don't understand your comment. I would impeach Bush on committing 30 billion dollars to AIDS relief in Africa. The government doesn't have any money ... which means he just spent 30 billion tax dollars without asking me. And I'm not a libertarian. But thanks for being shortsighted and vocal ... nothing more was ever expected.
Haha ... You're questioning my judgment and I haven't even made one. I'm asking what article you would like to impeach Bush on. If it were up to me, I'd impeach bush over dedicating tax dollars to Aids relief ... Name calling reduces my confidence in your ability to actually have an intelligent discussion.
I have not called any names, and do not waste your time trying to get me to. My response was sincere. sorry you have not understood what I was saying, have a nice life. Peace I'm out
e thanks for reply, I do not think it's Bush, The Presidency has been a functionary
posistion since Andrew Jackson's time, it has been said. This is a CFR, the "whole system" has been corruptd since the Freemason, lying lawyers, agents of the British Royal family
so called founding fathers created this republic. Bunch of lies all our life about being free...
why would President of a country who fought a war with Britian, then kneel down in front of the QE, and get knighted? others too?
Trenton1980, impeachbush. org has millions of signatures and have presented a demand that congress investigate there evidence of high crimes and misdimeanors, John Conyers put it before the congress, Nancy Poleski took it off the table, (_?excuse mis spelling, so what is that about? Over a million people are being ignored. The House Is supposed to represent the people, not the wishes of the party leaders.
I'd support an investigation and if evidence is found, I would support bringing articles of impeachment against Bush. I don't really understand your argument against Ron Paul. Gotta crawl before you walk. The impeachment process is just that, a process ... I'm just wondering what you would like to impeach Bush over.
I'm not against Dr. Ron Paul, I simply stated I wish he was supporting impeachement, as far as the question, what would I impeach Bush for, I decline an answer. and it's not because I do not have an answer. Thanks for your feedback....ok, starts with a "T"
Well I guess that kind of ends the discussion. I'm just always fascinated by the people who excuse the senate's vote to go to war by saying Bush convinced them. Really? I call BS. That's why I like Ron Paul. He WAS and STILL IS against it.
Can you send a link to this 30 billion dollars you're talking about? It would depend on the details regarding the money. Lots of deals are made between Israel and the US as part of our alliance. But if Bush, acting independently, just sent a check for 30 billion dollars, (coming out of tax revenue), that would make me really mad ... again.
fools, the country was not formed to take the people by gun & the people were not enabled to take the country by gun! get your facts before opening your pie holes.
There is a very good video highlighteng the formation of this country, the real ID of the founding fathers and the purpose of which this country was formed.
ESOTERIC AGENDA (full version on google video) It will re-educate anyone who watches it and show the failry tale history we have been given is not at all the truth...
Hey..I called C-SPAN today and voiced my opinion twice about how the MSM treats him...and also his voting record....signs everywhere...and how inaccurate the iowa polls are.
Ron Paul is a great guy, but I don't agree with his lack of sight on Social issues. His platform is not as thorough as Dennis Kucinich.
Thoroughly read each candidate's campaign, reflect and then decide. I was and still am a Ron Paul supporter, But Kucinich has taken my vote! But sadly kucinich doesn't have my vote for me, I'm supporting ron paul, No More UN.
DENNIS KUCINICH HAS THE VISION AND THE COURAGE TO RUN THIS COUNTRY! HE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ARTICLES FOR IMPEACHMENT! LOOK HIM UP! Review his platform. Similar to Paul but with greater Vision! Hopefull Paul makes in into a high position too, but KUCINICH IS THE MAN WITH EVERY PLAN!!! HE IS READY TO IMPEACH!

Sorry but kucinich supports gun control and the UN, for me the choice is clear and that's ron paul.
Have you actually read Kucinich's position on Gun control? If you have, then you know HE BELIEVES IN THE RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS, it's an American right. However, he supports action to make purchasing a gun more strict, ie requiring background checks at guns shows, etc.. Simple, necessary legislation to make sure guns land in the hands of Responsible hunters, sportsmen or the common american.
There should be no laws to obstruct the ownership of Guns.
Gun ownership, the same as everything in the Bill of Rights, is for the people to Maintain their power over Government.
When the Government decides who does and doesn't get a gun, then the Government holds power over the people, and the slide towards totalitarianism may begin.
Kucinich is much to liberal for me, his support of Social Programs for example, are unconstitutional distributions of wealth

The ONLY candidate actually legislating for peace and justice is Dennis Kucinich.
Ron Paul is an anti-environmentalist, pro capitalism-on-steroids maniac.
NEWS-FLASH: The Market does NOT POLICE ITSELF! Capitalism is a faux religion abused by industrialists and financiers to pursue personal and corporate profits at the expense of everyone and everything else!
RON PAUL was against NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, the NAU, etc. and didn't exactly have much support along the way! He also is all about stopping our financial dependency on foreign govt's. like China and Saudi Arabia. NEWS-FLASH: if greenhouse gases worry you more than the FED. or a totally insane foreign policy or our financial insanity or our bloated government programs then RON PAUL is probably not your man!

Ron Paul is a TRAITOR and a LIAR!
His vote to 'table' the impeachment resolution (basically to kill the bill) was NO DESIRE FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION!
He is a Republican party-pandering wack-job, and all these holler-dwellin' red-neck militia-mongering gun-totin' fundamentalist maniacs who support him are crazy KOOKS just like him!
If anything, Ron Paul is not a liar. He's the most consistent, principled congressman there is. It's funny, because my father is a 100% total conservative & believes Ron Paul & Hillary are the same - so because Ron Paul has not placed himself in a 'typical follow the party lines' place, he is attacked from both sides.
dr. paul blew the planned parenthood ethics out of the water when he said he's delivered 4,000 babies and not once saw a situation where the birth of the child threatened the mother's life! NOW, etc. always likes to refer to things like "how about when it endangers the mother's life"? another lie from the pro-abortionists!
#1 i don't think you ever considered giving anything to the paul campaign, because he and kucinich are miles apart on almost everything except iraq! #2 everyone knows this is a publicity stunt by kucinich to draw attention to himself in the middle of a campaign! he had years to do this if he thought he had proof!
i'm saying that if an honorable man like RON PAUL felt there was ENOUGH PROOF against cheney he would have said it. there is sure no love lost between the two. take a good look at PAUL'S platform and you'll see that it doesn't even resemble what the current administration advocates. SMALL GOV'T. is a mainstay in PAUL'S campaign.
I'm a Ron Paul supporter (weighing everything I know about the man) but admit this matter also concerns me and confuses the hell out of me at the same time // I'm not sure how strong his stand is on 9/11 being an inside job either -- something else that concerns me because I believe it was.
I wouldn't call myself a "truther" just yet. Building 7 does raise some very unsettling questions I'd almost prefer go unanswered. the fact that replacing all the asbestos properly (one of rudy's building codes) would have been more expensive that rebuilding the towers doesn't help either.
dr paul would be committing political suicide to even entertain the unthinkable publicly.
Understand your reservations in this regard // However I sadly call myself one (truther) -- I say sadly because I believe it is 'sadly' true, i.e., 9/11 being an inside job. WTC7; obvious stand down of fighter jet/ground to air support; blatant destruction of evidence (shipping WTC steel overseas to India and China, etc); and a myriad of other stuff. Nevertheless, I believe RP has his reasons and I support him based upon his total record. Vote RP 2008.
No, but there would be MANY of us happy if he did -- however considering what (and who) he is up against, playing by 'their' rules seems a wise move // that is until such time as he is in a position to change those rules.
"every step we take to make the STATE our caretaker, by that much we make the STATE our master". D.D. Eisenhower apparently he saw the likes of LBJ, Hillary, Obama, and KUCINICH coming along!
Ron Paul is an honest man with integrity. His principles are unwavering. An honest man must abide by the rules, even when dealing with treasonous scumbags.
Ron Paul is a sham. If he were the big defender of the constitution that he pretends to be, he'd be screaming for impeachment just like fellow republicans Bruce Fine & John Dean and Libertarian Jonathan Turley! IMPEACH! It's the only way to get rid of the criminal element that has taken over our government !
orwellwas: he's addressing MORE important issues like the dictatorial FEDERAL RESERVE! cheney has a year left and if you guys think impeachment is at the root of our problem solving you are wrong! cheney is gone in a year but the FED will control your lives FOREVER!
Cheney & Bush may NOT be gone in a year. That is my concern. Are you paying attention to Pakistan? Can you say dress rehearsal for the u.s.? Do you really think these guys are gonna relinquish power that easily? Why do you think bush signed all those presidential directives? U think he doesn't want to use them? The Fed? U really think Paul can get rid of it? Talk talk talk. Paul's past voting record is appalling for the common man. Think about it what he's done in the past. Please.
Pro-life, anti--nafta, cafta, gatt, etc. never voted for an unbalanced budget or a tax increase. you really don't believe PAUL is a gwb proponent do you?
Didnt say he was a gwb proponent per se. Pro life is anti choice. He has voted consistently against raising the minimum wage and wants to do away with SS. His environmental record is horrific. He is pro business and believes there should be no controls over corporations. Do you like labeling on your products? I do. Economically and socially he is very bush like.
we live in a country today that has 27,000 word laws governing the sale of POTATOES! we are over-governed; environmentally, and every other way. i guess pro-life is anti-abortion! if you really believe RON PAUL is "very bush like" you can't know anything about RON PAUL. RON PAUL is the greatest anti-iraq police action voice in america. look it up.
Yea? so why doesnt he think cheney has done enough to be impeached? Are you kidding me? what a joke. AND for your info..i LIKE labeling on my products.. dont u? Dont you want to know what u are ingesting? Over regulated? Maybe but do you really want NO regulations which is what Paul is advocating and leaving it up to big business?
if you are primarily worried about what cheney has done you should obviously vote for RON PAUL. he is america's greatest voice against our iraq invasion and our overall foreign policy, in general. the man stands ALONE in this battle! the others are going to march to the "party" beat!
au contraire! DENNIS KUCINICH in '08! He has HR Res 333 in the house to impeach cheney which paul voted to table. Where is Paul's articles of impeachment? Kucinich is the ONE not paul. Kucinich has shown his courage to speak out and to put his actions where his mouth is. He is also a strong advocate for the workig class and environment and his voting record proves it. I'll match is against paul's any day. Look them up for urself and compare. Kucinich is the true man of the people!
you will see gov't. expansion at it's finest under kucinich or anyone else other than PAUL. kucinich has gotten much publicity over his impeachment prop. which is what he wanted. RON PAUL has told corporate america he wants nothing in the way of campaign donations from them. has kucinich said that?
Ron Paul gets no support from Big Business. Big Business loves Big Government(bail outs, monopolies, lobbyists, corruption). Ron Paul wants small Government. The Government that governs least, governs best. The states should be able to decide how they want to handle abortion, fraud, murder, robbery, rape, and other current in state crimes.
So you tell me. With no regulation on corporations how do you keep them from pollutting the environment? How do you require them to label products? How do you keep big fish from eating little fish until there are no mom and pop stores left? The slide to corporatism started with reagan and we've been goin downhill since.
Geez, some of you guys have to relax. Ron Paul is NOT saying that Bush shouldn't be impeached. He is saying that it "deserves a serious investigation" before he makes up his mind. That's all.
The desire for change is and has been present for quite some time. Up to this point, the opportunity has simply not presented itself. So is America primed for a revolution? In my opinion, yes.
impeaching cheney aside, RON PAUL took on a more pressing issue, face to face, recently. he had a talk with fed. res. chairman bernanke regarding the errant practices of the fed. kucinich ever do that?
Ron Paul claims that after delivering 4,000 babies in his medical career that not once did he see the life of the mother threatened BECAUSE of the birth! what he has disclosed here is that pro-abortion groups like planned parenthood and NOW and pro-abortion politicians are the liars. they always like to say "don't you even support abortion when the life of the mother is in jeopardy"? they are the liars as it rarely, if ever, happens. go RON PAUL!
i sure hope the people harping about Ron Paul in this thread will hold ALL other candidates to as strict a check. this man does not participate in the gawdy government pension plan. can any other presidential candidate make that statement?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
ron paul is a liar. he is the manufactured opposition of the republican party just as barack obama is the manufactured opposition of the democractic party. if he is such a true constitutionalist, he would have introduced the motion to impeach cheney and not left it to dennis kucinich. vote kucinich.
lammasterlion: "liar"? what a low-brow choice of words to use against this AMERICAN PATRIOT! i believe he said he needed more information to determine if someone DELIBERATELY LIED! there isn't another candidate that will fight for american independence like RON PAUL will.
Dennis Kucinich has provided at least 15 articles in support of every charge against Cheney in his motion to impeach. they are available on his website for both you and ron paul to read. what is ron paul waiting for?
clerk dawt house dawt gov /evs/2007/roll1037.xml check out this link to see what ron paul voted for. he didnt even vote for an investigation. i stand by my remark that he is a liar.
Mr. Paul, I have come to appreciate your enthusiasm for ending American imperialism and restoring civil liberties. I love the fact that you have a simple message. Now I have a simple message for you: Vote to Impeach Cheney, or you lose my vote.
I agree with what the Ron Paul supporters are saying and am a Ron Paul supporter myself.
Ron Paul does want to investigate, so that he can build the evidence necessary to impeach. The issue is, was Bush just an idiot or did he lie to the U.S. and the congress? If he DID know which I think we all believe he did, he'd get impeached, if he didn't know, it's not a crime.
There has to be some evidence .. evidence of the crimes he's committed. Sorry, i completely support Paul's video. I am with Gravel until the end but Paul is right in this video. We have to take the right steps. Just like everything else.
Bush might not be charged with crimes for another 5 years.
I completely support impeachment but we cant just walk in one day and get it done. Congress needs to step up and start the investigation.
I am a fully qualified Ronbot. I can see where Ron is coming from. Give Cheney enough rope and it will be easier to hang the SOB. The onliest trouble is, if we don't do a "pre-emptive strike" on cheney, he'll do one on Iran and we'll be responsible for an even larger blood bath than the one we are taking now,
Man there is some ignorant people here. Don't you get it. HE DOES support impeachment but we have to take the right steps. Bush has rights just like you and i. We cant just walk into his office and say, you're impeached.
indeed : \ So many people say that he blatantly does not support impeachment, while all he's saying and has said so far, is that there first has to be an official investigation to provide the evidence for an impeachment procedure. People think impeachment is too easy, I think.
Paul said that Bush should be impeached not under the umbrella of partisan vengeance but for ceaselessly breaking the laws of the land.
"I would have trouble arguing that he's been a Constitutional President and once you violate the Constitution and be proven to do that I think these people should be removed from office."
Cant trust Paul, not wanting to impeach Bush is a serious lack of Moral Judgement. Vote for Mike Gravel and Give the Power to the People!! Yes Mike Gravel will let the People make the laws!!
Thats what im talking about! We need to investigate.Knowing that the Bankers(controling both money&media) and Military Builders and Oil Companys hangout together makes me want a investagation also.why dont these potitions of top guy rotate.why are they long held chairs which actually refuse to work with our goverment? INVESTAGATE!@!
Why is the video so entitled as if Ron Paul wants impeachment? Ron Paul says he doesn't support it unless there were to be an investigation showing Bush did all those things.
On 9/1802, Tenet briefed Bush that Hussein did NOT have WMDs. Bush dismissed as worthless this information from the Iraqi foreign minister, although it turned out to be accurate in every detail. Bush lied us into war and he should be IMPEACHED!
Can't Ron Paul just look at all the investigation that's been done independently by journalists? The evidence is there. I'm dissapointed by him on this. I wonder if his hesitation has anything to do with him being in the Republican party.
Ron Paul sticks to the process...investigate what deserves to be investigated (stuff like the speeches that the Bush admin gave to get us to go to war...9/11...building 7...and so on), then go from there.
Do you think if it were the same situation & it was a Democrat in he would be as hesitant to impeach? I don't know maybe he would, but it strikes me as interesting.
Hey Bo. How do we know that it wasn't YOU who put the termites in the basement? According to Stephen Jones, white smoke is certain proof of termites. What color is YOUR smoke, Bo?
If you ask me - Which you didn't - I think president Bush should be impeached ASAP as he is doing his best to give the U. S. to the rest of the world - In little pieces. His violations against the U. S. and his failure to live up to his oath of office is very easily justified as criminal. The war in Iraq was probably well justified and does not even enter in the reasoning.
Investigate this whole administration. I can't believe I voted for Bush twice, what was I thinking? I did watch a lot of Fox news back then too though.
You're quite naive if you think your bought and paid-for elected officials are going to go along with this. We know Ron Paul supports new investigations, does YOUR congressman? Get this man into the White House and you may find out sooner than later. Later = way too late.
Taxslave, what is a 'vote'? Is a VOTE an action? If so, then Ron Paul has taken MANY actions to protect the Constitution and the liberties of Americans. Ron Paul was one of a handful that took action to prevent the war in Iraq, and that's just one example of the MANY actions Ron Paul has taken.
Bill Clinton was not impeached for an affair. He was impeached for purgery. Get your facts straight. Ron is right to call for an investigation FIRST so that all the evidence can be shown to the world and impeachment can commence. We have a little thing called innocent until PROVEN guilty. Not mob rule. I support prison for Bush but we should give him due process as the Constitution states.
Yeah, I agree. It needs to be done right. Like, start with a crime, find evidence... That type of thing. (Wow. Imagine what the history books will say... "President impeached because 4 blds damaged/distroyed when only THREE were actually hit by planes.") :P
Impeachment is too good for baby bush. He should be tried for war crimes. Any man that can come back from Vietnam, like Dr.Ron Paul, is no pussy, it's just that you are ignorant. You probably think the world is flat.
i liked this guy till this answer, he's a pussy, like all these guys, he was going to do clinton for a blow job but not bush for killing tens of thousands fk him and fk em allthey are all liars
Dr. Paul did not vote for, or support, the impeachment of clinton for lying about a blowjob. He certainly didn't have much love for clinton and his illegal bombing campaigns but did not support his frivolous impeachment.
He voted for impeachment on grounds of clintons blatant disregard for the constitution and rule of law. That said I don't see why bush shouldn't be impeached on the same grounds? do we need to prove he lied deliberately? He has clearly violated the constitution much more than clinton ever did and I believe he should be impeached even assuming he was sincere. Sincerly believing in totalitarianism and acting accordingly should not excuse him from his illegal actions.
Yes WARANTLESS wiretapping is indeed unconstitutional. Denying Habeus Corpus to American Citizens is definitely unconstitutional, going to war without a declaration of war is unconstitutional(though Bush is far from the only prez to do it). Those are really the only cut and dry ones. There are dozens more cases that are arguably not unconstitutional depending on interpretation. I'm not a Bush basher I will equally attack anyone who attacks my rights, looks like Hillary will be my next target.
Every member of Congress who voted in favor of the unconstitutional Iraq war authorization deserves to be removed from office, if not impeached. They're all on the record violating their oath to uphold the Constitution.
Going to war isn't against the constitution. There are worse involvements we are in: U.N. (trillions of dollars and our freedom is compromised), NATO and others...
Giving the president sole responsibility to decide whether or not to start a war, which is what the Iraq authorization did, is clearly, blatantly unconstitutional.
Congress alone has the authority to declare war, and they have no authority to transfer that responsibility to anyone.
No, they passed a resolution that said "The President can do whatever he feel is necessary to protect the nation."
They had no authority to abdicate their responsibility in that fashion. They violated their oath of office, but this is hardly shocking since the vast majority of them clearly hold the Constitution in contempt.
It's not under the Patriot act passsed by congress, even without a motive or evidence. Bush has gvien himself all the power with Congressional approval.

ROn Paul is no answer for America my friend. His views are libertarian for the most part. I ve given up on trying to understand just what role if any the government plays in a libertarian like Paul's world. They say they are for Small government. But thats just a euphism for NO Government. In Pauls world health inspectors at a food place is unconstitutional! lol! If you want cowboy capitalism go to nigeria where there ,literally a few rich people and everyone else is poor and pathetic.
shanebarrow1 3 years ago
you should read his book "a revolution a manifesto". He responds to the argument you just made against libertarianism.
However, Paul's reflections on the Constitution are much needed now. If more would address things Constitutionally we would have a better form of government than we do today.
Checks and balances need to be restored.

If anything zeitgiest DEBUNBKED the governments conspiracy theory
shanebarrow1 3 years ago
Look, I'm no expert, so I'm not calling myself one. I looked into it for a while and I just don't agree. Watch the entire deabte on Democracy Now: Loose Change vs Popular Mechanics. The guys who made Loose Change were childish and shut down. At the end they just called the other guys liars. There are many other videos that debunk a lot of theories.
Yes, the Fed control's the money
But go ahead and keep spouting that it's the New World Order, and the Illuminatti, and that I'm a sheep.
larma7 3 years ago
Well if you are trying to argue that the Federal Reserve dont control the money supply, you certainly are no expert. Article 1 section 8 paragraph 5 gives the congress and congress only the power to coin money and regulate its value. Yet in 1913, after 130 years of struggle, international bankers successfully pulled off an economic coup in America by gaining control of the money supply. If you dont understand the importance of this you need to learn dude. Its slavery.
shanebarrow1 3 years ago
No, I was mainly talking about the 9/11 conspiracies. Most of the Inside Job theories have been debunked.
I did state that the Federal Reserve DOES control the money supply, did I not?
larma7 3 years ago
Debunked by whoM? lol! I don't believe the government one bit and never will. Look 9/11 was carried out by the U.S. government for several reasons. One reason was to build up support for what you see now, a crusade in the Middle east. 9/11, because people like you think "terrorist" committed it, gave the government a blank check from the people. Another reason 9/11 was caried out by the government was to get the "Patriot act" on the books. We are the target of the Patriot act not "terrorist".

Surely you dont blindly believe the things your government tells you! Tell me that you have an independent mind capable of critical thinking!
shanebarrow1 3 years ago
Yes, there are "REASONS" for a government to attack itself, but unless you have EVIDENCE, then it's just a STORY. You are claiming all these things without the evidence. I know it fits well with the New World Order stuff(which probably is actually happening), but that doesn't mean it is true.

People like yourself kill me with that "no evidence" stuff as if the government would actually present evidence against itself! BEsides there is enough evidence that goes agianst the governments claims! Research
shanebarrow1 3 years ago
I actually do agree that there should be another investigation, as it would quell peoples' worries, and because the 9/11 Commision Report had conflicted interests. Whether or not Bush had advance knowledge of 9/11 and did nothing---I don't know. Was he too arrogant, or maybe, just maybe he LET it happen---I don't know. The whole administration is full of liars and criminals, along with flat-out war criminals.
larma7 3 years ago
Furthermore, if Bush and Cheney weren't a bunch of neo-con cocksuckers, I'd hardly believe anyone would suspect their involvement. It's the fact that they have fucked up everything for the past 8 years which causes these conspiracy theories to start, in general.
HOWEVER, the control demolition theory is disproven!!! IT'S BEEN DEBUNKED!!! The official theory stands on what happened, and it is backed up by almost every expert in the related fields. Are you an engineer? Is Alex Jones an expert?
larma7 3 years ago
The correct answer was, "Of course I support impeaching the traitors in this administration and any other traitors we uncover as we investigate should be indicted appropriately too." He might have gone on to say, "This may be the last chance we have to use the peaceful processes provided in the constitution to return this country to the rightful owners. The American People."
The absurd kabooke dance over these ridiculous "primaries" and fawning over these vile "Parties" confirms this impulse

ngonea 3 years ago
I think you might have missed what he was saying. We'd have to take one step at a time. People may hate Bush and suspect he was deliberately lying to get into war but there isn't enough evidence to prove that. Impeaching the president now would be like finding somebody guilty before a trial or even the gathering of evidence to neccesitate a trial. What he was saying was an investigation should be done first and if evidence was found then we could take action based on that.
RedLava78 3 years ago
Thank you RedLava78 for your feedback, but I respectfuly disagree that there is no evidence, many sources of evidence are in the public domain from qualified sources. I have listened and anyone can. Impeachment is like indicting someone. What are you going to indict Bush for ... misinformation? That's all Ron is saying. If someone has evidence that Bush lied, then we can bring articles of impeachment against him. Until then, it's a lack of evidence argument.

I haven't made any comment on my belief regarding impeachment of Bush, so I really don't understand your comment. I would impeach Bush on committing 30 billion dollars to AIDS relief in Africa. But thanks for being shortsighted and vocal ... nothing more was ever expected.

I'd support an investigation and if evidence is found, I would support bringing articles of impeachment against Bush. I don't really understand your argument against Ron Paul. trenton1980 3 years ago

Well ok but what about the 30 billion dollars we sent israel a couple months ago. That should take presedence over aids relief???
catbuffalo 3 years ago
Can you send a link to this 30 billion dollars you're talking about? It would depend on the details regarding the money. Lots of deals are made between Israel and the US as part of our alliance.

Geez, some of you guys have to relax. Ron Paul is NOT saying that Bush shouldn't be impeached. He is saying that it "deserves a serious investigation" before he makes up his mind. That's all.
Esialpha 4 years ago 2
The desire for change is and has been present for quite some time. Up to this point, the opportunity has simply not presented itself. So is America primed for a revolution? In my opinion, yes.

impeaching cheney aside, RON PAUL took on a more pressing issue, face to face, recently. he had a talk with fed. res. chairman bernanke regarding the errant practices of the fed. kucinich ever do that?
graysonmaura 4 years ago
Ron Paul claims that after delivering 4,000 babies in his medical career that not once did he see the life of the mother threatened BECAUSE of the birth! what he has disclosed here is that pro-abortion groups like planned parenthood and NOW and pro-abortion politicians are the liars. they always like to say "don't you even support abortion when the life of the mother is in jeopardy"? they are the liars as it rarely, if ever, happens. go RON PAUL!
graysonmaura 4 years ago
i sure hope the people harping about Ron Paul in this thread will hold ALL other candidates to as strict a check. this man does not participate in the gawdy government pension plan. can any other presidential candidate make that statement?
graysonmaura 4 years ago 3
This comment has received too many negative votes show
ron paul is a liar. he is the manufactured opposition of the republican party just as barack obama is the manufactured opposition of the democractic party. if he is such a true constitutionalist, he would have introduced the motion to impeach cheney and not left it to dennis kucinich. vote kucinich.
iammasterlion 4 years ago
lammasterlion: "liar"? what a low-brow choice of words to use against this AMERICAN PATRIOT! i believe he said he needed more information to determine if someone DELIBERATELY LIED! there isn't another candidate that will fight for american independence like RON PAUL will.
graysonmaura 4 years ago 2
Dennis Kucinich has provided at least 15 articles in support of every charge against Cheney in his motion to impeach. they are available on his website for both you and ron paul to read. what is ron paul waiting for?
clerk dawt house dawt gov /evs/2007/roll1037.xml check out this link to see what ron paul voted for. he didnt even vote for an investigation. i stand by my remark that he is a liar.

Here's the email I just sent to Ron Paul:
Mr. Paul, I have come to appreciate your enthusiasm for ending American imperialism and restoring civil liberties. I love the fact that you have a simple message. Now I have a simple message for you: Vote to Impeach Cheney, or you lose my vote.

Of course he won't commit to impeach Bush...
He's still trying to get the Republican votes.

Violation of the FISA act is a felony.
Intentionally blowing the cover of covert agents is a felony.
Bush is at least as deserving of impeachment as was Nixon.

I agree with what the Ron Paul supporters are saying and am a Ron Paul supporter myself.
Ron Paul does want to investigate, so that he can build the evidence necessary to impeach. The issue is, was Bush just an idiot or did he lie to the U.S. and the congress? If he DID know which I think we all believe he did, he'd get impeached, if he didn't know, it's not a crime.
xnoumenon 4 years ago
There has to be some evidence .. evidence of the crimes he's committed. Sorry, i completely support Paul's video. I am with Gravel until the end but Paul is right in this video. We have to take the right steps. Just like everything else.
Bush might not be charged with crimes for another 5 years.
I completely support impeachment but we cant just walk in one day and get it done. Congress needs to step up and start the investigation.

I am a fully qualified Ronbot. I can see where Ron is coming from. Give Cheney enough rope and it will be easier to hang the SOB. The onliest trouble is, if we don't do a "pre-emptive strike" on cheney, he'll do one on Iran and we'll be responsible for an even larger blood bath than the one we are taking now,
VicDeHaven 4 years ago
I'm with Kucinich on this one.
And a few others too.......
Too bad the dems (I was one until I found Paul) can't get behind people like Gravel and Kucinich instead of that evil twat Hillary.
THEN we'd really have a race!
VicDeHaven 4 years ago 3
Man there is some ignorant people here. Don't you get it. HE DOES support impeachment but we have to take the right steps. Bush has rights just like you and i. We cant just walk into his office and say, you're impeached.
jbledsoe86 4 years ago
indeed : \ So many people say that he blatantly does not support impeachment, while all he's saying and has said so far, is that there first has to be an official investigation to provide the evidence for an impeachment procedure.

DaveIrie 4 years ago
It's possible that before 9/11 Bush wanted to go to war and was waiting for the perfect excuse. But he should be impeached for THAT?
opchidexio 4 years ago
Ron Paul sticks to the process...investigate what deserves to be investigated (stuff like the speeches that the Bush admin gave to get us to go to war...9/11...building 7...and so on), then go from there.
BoruJudasDedrich 4 years ago
Do you think if it were the same situation & it was a Democrat in he would be as hesitant to impeach? I don't know maybe he would, but it strikes me as interesting.

Hey Bo. How do we know that it wasn't YOU who put the termites in the basement? According to Stephen Jones, white smoke is certain proof of termites. What color is YOUR smoke, Bo?
opchidexio 4 years ago
If you ask me - Which you didn't - I think president Bush should be impeached ASAP as he is doing his best to give the U. S. to the rest of the world - In little pieces. His violations against the U. S. and his failure to live up to his oath of office is very easily justified as criminal. The war in Iraq was probably well justified and does not even enter in the reasoning.

Investigate this whole administration. I can't believe I voted for Bush twice, what was I thinking? I did watch a lot of Fox news back then too though.

svahdat 4 years ago
You're quite naive if you think your bought and paid-for elected officials are going to go along with this. We know Ron Paul supports new investigations, does YOUR congressman? Get this man into the White House and you may find out sooner than later. Later = way too late.

Bullshit. Ron Paul is all words, no action.
taxslave 4 years ago

I agree, it needs to be done right so that we can prove that the system does work and no man is above the law
snakejohnson 4 years ago
Yeah, I agree. It needs to be done right. Like, start with a crime, find evidence... That type of thing. (Wow. Imagine what the history books will say... "President impeached because 4 blds damaged/distroyed when only THREE were actually hit by planes.") :P
opchidexio 4 years ago
Impeachment is too good for baby bush. He should be tried for war crimes. Any man that can come back from Vietnam, like Dr.Ron Paul, is no pussy, it's just that you are ignorant. You probably think the world is flat.
BASSGUY01 4 years ago
i liked this guy till this answer, he's a pussy, like all these guys, he was going to do clinton for a blow job but not bush for killing tens of thousands fk him and fk em allthey are all liars
godbluffvdgg 4 years ago
Dr. Paul did not vote for, or support, the impeachment of clinton for lying about a blowjob. He certainly didn't have much love for clinton and his illegal bombing campaigns but did not support his frivolous impeachment.
phenylamine 4 years ago
He voted for impeachment on grounds of clintons blatant disregard for the constitution and rule of law. That said I don't see why bush shouldn't be impeached on the same grounds? do we need to prove he lied deliberately? He has clearly violated the constitution much more than clinton ever did and I believe he should be impeached even assuming he was sincere. Sincerly believing in totalitarianism and acting accordingly should not excuse him from his illegal actions.
phenylamine 4 years ago 2
in what ways does bush violate the constitution more?
Wiretapping is not illegal...
sighet03 4 years ago
Yes WARANTLESS wiretapping is indeed unconstitutional. Denying Habeus Corpus to American Citizens is definitely unconstitutional, going to war without a declaration of war is unconstitutional(though Bush is far from the only prez to do it). Those are really the only cut and dry ones. There are dozens more cases that are arguably not unconstitutional depending on interpretation. I'm not a Bush basher I will equally attack anyone who attacks my rights, looks like Hillary will be my next target.
phenylamine 4 years ago
I don't know the constitution maybe as well as I should, but I dont' think Amenedment 1 or 4 is broken by warrentless wiretapping.
The Congress is supposed to declare war...but they didn't vote to stop him either. They took a vote and agreed with the invasion.
sighet03 4 years ago
Every member of Congress who voted in favor of the unconstitutional Iraq war authorization deserves to be removed from office, if not impeached. They're all on the record violating their oath to uphold the Constitution.
SeanEdwardsCA 4 years ago
Going to war isn't against the constitution. There are worse involvements we are in: U.N. (trillions of dollars and our freedom is compromised), NATO and others...
sighet03 4 years ago
Giving the president sole responsibility to decide whether or not to start a war, which is what the Iraq authorization did, is clearly, blatantly unconstitutional.
Congress alone has the authority to declare war, and they have no authority to transfer that responsibility to anyone.
SeanEdwardsCA 4 years ago
Congress did not declare war. Therefore is is illegal.
RundoeTX
rundoetx 4 years ago
No, they passed a resolution that said "The President can do whatever he feel is necessary to protect the nation."
They had no authority to abdicate their responsibility in that fashion. They violated their oath of office, but this is hardly shocking since the vast majority of them clearly hold the Constitution in contempt.
