Perhaps one side of the paper has a chameleon-like cloaking technology integrated, so if you turned the paper over it would appear to be one sided. Thus being said, the ascociate stocking the shelves had no idea what to say, except it was "one-sided" and that customers would simply take his word and not turn over the paper.
