  • Great update! I can so relate to what you were saying about eating some not so great foods. I can eat most foods now, the big difference for me is that I cannot binge on foods anymore. Thank God! Keep up the great work!

  • I know what you mean about gravitating towards not so good for you foods. I find it especially hard when family brings junk into the house. I drink my protein coffee of about 39 g protein over 2-3 hours every morning. I have been fluctuating on the low to mid 180's since April! Rooting for you reaching 175 by your 1 year Anniversary. I have a mini goal to reach 178 by July 31 st. WE CAN do this!!!

  • amazing almost a year. i believe we absorb all our protein, i found that after working out if you can add sugar to it. it will work faster, i mean fruit. well you are doing great we all fall off track now and then, hack this is an ever lasting diet, well i like to call it that because we have to watch what we eat all the time, well goal is almost there you can get there. no matter how long it takes you can! the key is never give up.

  • that's a great question ...I am not sure ...but would love to know the answer!! hope someone knows will check back to see if anyone ans. keep strong girl your doing well ....I think...and you might want to try what I use to do with the water at first I had a sheet on the refreg. and I would check it off every time I took water 16 oz. and that helped alot and I do see a diff. a great big diff.. and yes Praise God!!! your a success sweetie....love ya hugs...love rosemary
