I would have cut all the girls braids off and just left her with one. Then I'd give a braid to everyone in the class and say "This is sharing..now we all have a braid to play with. Its polite to share your play things. Then I'd send the bald girl home with only one braid sticking out her head. This way the child would finally learn not to be disruptive in class. When confronted by the mother I would tell her if she had disciplined her little girl proper the child would still have hair!
Dude the teacher had so many options to discipline but she cutting girls hair is just stupid and psychotic.
Here's what she could've done it's easy.
1.Timeout by sitting out in Hall
2. Sit of Recess for the day.
3. Send her to the Principal's Office.
