You are correct. This is why Sammy is nicknamed "The Real Forrest Gump". Although the movie was not written about Sammy, they just used his video for the shot.

For those of you who know Sammy, he just went through a quadruple heart bypass suregery. He is recovering well and we hope to see him again soon!

Sammy is a great guy! My dad and him were very good friends. I saw him after my father passed away and he gave me a big hug. I hope all is well with him. I have not spoke to him in a long time. God Bless Sammy!!

Davis is a really nice guy. I met him a couple of years ago, in D.C. A man of pure class and dignity. As a former combat soldier, I can appreciate what he did for his friends when they were in danger. Great video, by the way.
