i totaly agree with shadysprings!! i bought one of this cases and the only thing that bothers me is the fact that every time i pull the phone out, the rubber comes off on the bottom part and i must add that putting it on and off it is quite unpractical! i used to have a tour otterbox and that was way better!!! otterbox please focus! next time..

Many people are not happy with this Defender. The rubber seal comes off on the lower half off phone. Otterbox is a great company but messed up on the design of this case. Also, it's very difficult to put phone and take out of this holster. Even in your video, you can see it takes a pretty hard pull to get the phone out. My case is 4 weeks old and it's still very tight.

Can you review the new Seidio case/holster for 9900/9930 now with sleep magnet?

We'll be looking at the Seidio cases very soon that were just released. If you find the Otterbox to be not up to your liking, you should contact their customer support for a replacement or even exchange (if they allow it) on another model of case for another phone. They are willing to work out with you as long as you're not happy.

my friend dropped his 3 day old bold 9900 from about 2.5ft... screen and digitizer completely shattered... i wonder what i might get him for his birthday? hmmm.... oh wait! here it is! just what he needs :)
