Britney never lived a normal live... remember that she was a child star as well. She went through puberty in the spotlight, and puberty is hard enough for people who aren't famous. Also consider her parents as influences and how they've contributed to her fame, by putting her in the mickey mouse club etc. Many child pageant stars and the like have psychological issues and grow up with similar problems to Britney, especially if their fame continues
