  • SO glad that I saw Imitation Of Life on the list.

  • Gung ho? One World? A skeleton in the closet?

  • Imitation of Life and Finale at the top 2? Largely disagree. Medusa and Indians, top 2.

  • What do you think of Worship Music?

  • @SeanMusicFreak It's good album but not a great album. When you listen to an album like Among the Living you can sing along to every word and you recognise every RIff. It is so memorable. There is maybe one song 'Fight em..' that really stands out. But I don't knock any band for not reaching the heights of 20 years ago. Thrash is a young man's game when they are hungry, angry, skint and pissed. It's the new bands like Suicidal Angels that are the future! Only Exodus are the exception. Holt Rules

  • @ThrashMetalRiffs I hear that. Exodus never disappoints. What about Testament though? Their new stuff is pretty damn good as well.

  • @ThrashMetalRiffs man I think Earth on Hell, The Devil You Know, and Judas Priest are really memorable songs

  • The Original singer Neil Turbin Rules! - listen to - - -Panic- - - and - - -Metal Thrashing Mad- - - from anthrax's first album - - -

    1984 - Fistful of Metal

and SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THESE VIDEOS! they give real insight on how great these bands are!

  • im glad to see theres no john bush crap in here (:

  • I would have liked to see "Armed and Dangerous" or "Be All end All"but this list is awesome...I think "Among The Living" has not only their best riff, but also is their best song

  • too much among in my opinion.. but SHIIIIIIIIIT, thats like the best thrash album of all time, should be in another list lol.. where the fuck is fistful of metal? bush era? maybe Bush era isn't so thrashy but hell it has some great riffs.. scott has always made the best riffs of all thrash

  • FINALE!

  • I speak for everyone here... Medusa..

  • Medusa?

  • @randomstofil Totally, one of their coolest riffs, only one that tops that one would be Indians' "War Dance" part.

  • ANTHRAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

  • Fucking love SCOTT IAN!!

  • no gun ho

    wtf

  • Basically all of Among the living could be on this list.

    Awesome job dude

  • Nice choices, could you do a top ten meshuggah riffs video?

  • How many albums did Joey Belladona record with Anthrax? I'm just getting into Anthrax and I love Among the Living and Spreading the Disease.

  • @GrizzlyBeat5 I always go to spirit of metal web site if I want info about a band. They give loads of info about when band members were in the band and details about when they left etc. But Anthrax have always been at their best when Joey was in the band. He's a class vocalist.

  • @ThrashMetalRiffs hell yea. he may have a little gayish of a hgih voice but he hits SO many high notes, chest-belting too. he's definetaly the most trained thrash vocalist

  • @GrizzlyBeat5 i believe they did 4 albums together originally and theyre doin a new one right now

  • @GrizzlyBeat5 Belladonna was on:

    1985 - Spreading the Disease

    1987 - Among the Living

    1988 - State of Euphoria

    1990 - Persistence of Time

    2011 - Worship Music

  • @GrizzlyBeat5 Joey has recorded 5 albums throughout Anthrax's 10 album career. In order, they'd be Spreading the Disease, Among the Living, State of Euphoria, Persistence of Time, and now their latest Worship Music. Glad to have him back... Neil Turbin recorded Fistful of Metal, their number 1 album release, and John Bush recorded their 6th-9th albums, Sound of White Noise, Stomp 442, Vol. 8: The Threat is Real, and We've Come for You All. Belladonna, ftw!!!

  • What about I'm the man??

  • omfg, Wheres GUNG-HO?

  • @Marcus666Sund LOVE the song, but not sure it would make the Top 10 RIFFS?

  • @ThrashMetalRiffs cmon, E F G# -- C B F E <nice combinations of tones to make up the greatest thrash metal riff of all time IMO.

  • @Marcus666Sund what song is that?

  • @AIC2374 don't you know gung-ho???

    omg

  • @rianmo :( sorry im not fimiliar at ALL with thrax

  • @ThrashMetalRiffs where is the bass riff on Got theTime?

  • IMO, Medusa and Belly of the Beast should've been on the list

  • @oAnThr4x I love both those songs. Belly of the Beast was just outside the Top 10. Medusa would definately be in Top 10 Anthrax Songs.

  • @oAnThr4x Medusa is one of my favorite Thrax songs

  • ADI/Horror Of It All is underrated!

  • helll yeahh!!! that's real trash!!

  • @epicmdk thrash -.- ...

  • Thrash in my heart FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!

    \M/

  • imitation of life intro riff is fuckin sick to

  • fuck ya! FINALE!!!

  • Dude! the main riff for Time, the main riff/chorus for Blood, and the intro riff for Out of Sight, Out of Mind (am i the only one who likes that song?) have gotta be some of the hottest thrash riffs ever produced by mankind

  • Very Good,,,But I Think Caught in the MOsh and Indians must be first

  • i tink you should have done a 20 top riffs, because anthrax have many other great riffs that r not included here, such as in fistful of metal, state of euphoria and persistence of time.

  • Love this!! Keep it up!

  • The Thrash Rules \m/ FOREVER
