These are certainly beautiful young ladies. They may even have hemipelvectomy level amputations due to being separated. They certainly have spinal deformities and possibly other congenital problems. It would be wonderful if there were clips of them in bathing suits. That would be spectacular!
These youngs ladies also appear to be hip disarticulate amputees. Since they don't have any femur to "drive" the prosthesis, it is often more difficult for them to walk. The fact that they can both walk on a prosthesis as a hip disarticulate amputee is pretty amazing.
These young ladies also appear to have some pretty severe spinal deformities that probably contribute to their gait. They do appear to truly be remarkable young women.
Why do their legs work so badly? There are other AK amputees that don't have such an exaggerated limp, and these ladies have used artificial legs almost since birth.
I just wanna add that overweight might not be the problem. In general, conjoined twins are malformed wherever the were connected. Their hips aren't formed properly and their spines must be all warped sideways.
