  • lo stravolgere dei brani sabbath di IAN e' qualcosa di magniloquente

  • wow i had no idea this collaboration existed! very cool indeed.

  • Omg Gillan sings a little bit of Dio. RIP Dio, Glory Gillan!

  • That is Rock n Roll... the Highway to Hell...thanks !

  • Ian could easily sing BS songs when his voice wasn't shot. Of curse they aren't his songs so there is always a strong argument that the originals are better. But can you imagine Ozzy trying to sing Child in Time, Speed King, Blood sucker, Highway star, etc... He just doesnt have the skill to do it. It would sound horrible.

  • @dplzgb101 right u are

  • Purple Sabbath

  • I wish that in this song they could say it better when they say "I wish you to enjoy life, I wish i could but, its too late" cuz back in the day people thought he said "I wish you to end your life I wish i could but, it's too late"

  • What is with the drum platform?Did they raid the BBC studios for surplus Daleks?

  • They suck without the oz

  • do not knock the best rock,n,roll band in the world

  • @MrVivi444 On this is Bev Bevan of ELO on drums, not Bill ward.

  • fuckin sweet

  • the best singer ...JESSSSS!!!!

  • Gillan and Tony Iommi together make me fly! Ian's vocal is absolute beauty! And when Tony starts with his Gibson -- I have no words -- just floating!

  • Gillan OWN!

  • which year?

  • @glopperman 1983

  • Gillan makes any song his own!

  • Bottom line is Gillan in his prime could not be touched. Just listen to DP In Rock.

  • Gillan is good but I think (IMO) he doesn't exactly fit this rock format....ozzy is a rough & dirty singer however he's the trade mark of this heavy genre....what they both have in common is the bottle for sure....

  • I love Ian Gillan but Ozzy is better for this song for sure...

  • OZZY TODAY IS CLOWN ON THE TV

  • @chucky8354 Poor guy! Whiskey, whiskey, whiskey...

  • @chucky8354 I blame sharron for putting him out there..but, he maybe be"a clown on tv" but, that clown is laughing himself all the way to the bank.

  • I like this...

  • it sounds to robotic and mono tone. This period with Gillan had to be the lowest point for the band. feel sorry for Tony who tried his best to keep the band going after losing, butler, ward and ozzy.

  • @jogmas12 The original with Ozzy sounded robotic and mono tone, if anything this is not robotic and mono tone enough.

  • What show is this from? The audio is great!

  • @Virginto11 No, I just listen objectively to the music...

  • opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink. every singer Sabbath had was top notch Tony would never settle for less, the ones that weren't never came out on an album.

  • @ProdigalSin It's excuses not opinions.

  • Ian Gillan kicks ass with Black Sabbath!

  • @mrtoilet2 Bullshit. Ian is one of the best!

  • @NonstopTrapdoor He sucked as Black Sabbath's lead singer.

  • @TheRokunana You go suck on a cucumber......moron!!!!

  • @Mahetae Wait what? That's the funniest thing I've heard and now I want a cucumber

  • @TheRokunana You stated that Gillan sucked as Black Sabbath's lead singer. That's why I made the "suck a cucumber" comment. Anyway...I disagree with your opinion. Ian Gillan sounds great with ANY band that he plays with. Just listen to the "The Japanese Album", "Cherkazoo and other stories", "Rock Profile". This are albums that Gillan is singing in ways that you can't even imagine.

  • @Mahetae Your insult is still funny. Anyways I never said Ian Gillan sucks I just don't like him as a Black Sabbath singer. The only song he made under Black Sabbath that's any good is Disturbing the Priest.

  • @TheRokunana What you are stating is your own personal opinion. I beg to differ (my opinion). The whole "Born Again" album is awesome. Usually, the original singer of a band is more suited for that band, and the replacements are "not the same". Black Sabbath for me are the 4 original members, even though I think that Dio, Gillan, Hughes, Gillen, even Martin are "better" singers. I guess in a way we agree. Reading your comment again, I got pissed at the "sucks" comment. Thanks for clarifying.

  • @Mahetae I like Ozzy but I prefer Dio and Tony Martin too. If Tony or Dio never joined then classics like Heaven and Hell and Headless Cross would have never been created. Ian Gillan sounds better on his own songs but I personally don't like the way he sings other Sabbath songs. But that's all my own opinion and I'll respect yours.

  • @TheRokunana And I respect your opinion. I'm glad that you took this whole "cucumber thing" lightly and found it funny!!! This is "YouTube", and things sometimes do get out of hand. It's been a pleasure....and above all: ENJOY THE MUSIC!!!!!!!

  • @NonstopTrapdoor I don't know if Ian would agree though.

  • GILLAN JUST SMOKED OZZY EASILY

  • love ian.. but ozzy sounds better

  • Ian Gillan was an honest guy while in the BS.

He gave his best and his voice.

Did not impose himself with his great voice and never tried to steal the throne of Ozzy.

He was only one of the best rock singers in the world that passed through the BS.

  • Ian Gillan with Black Sabbath sounds great!

  • you guys are insane ian gillan with sabath gives them that real dark evil sound sounds fuckin great m8

  • @Virginto11 How can you say this after listening to Gillan and this song version? there's an abyss between Gillan and Ozzy....I even saw an Ozzy concert and He is the worst singer I ever heard live....

  • Well Ian Gillan is great singer, but he fit to Black Sabbath. This performance shows that. Enoug Deep Purple in Black Sabbath at the times of "Born Again" album to make it a masterpiece...he destroy Ozzy in one second...

  • Well Ian Gillan is great singer, but he didn't fit to Black Sabbath. This performance shows that. Too much Deep Purple in Black Sabbath at the times of "Born Again" album.

  • @Thorgal20 Well Ian Gillan is great singer, but he fit to Black Sabbath. This performance shows that. Enoug Deep Purple in Black Sabbath at the times of "Born Again" album to make it a masterpiece...he destroy Ozzy in one second...

  • @nazzare79 That's your opinion mate. for me Black Sabbath with Gillan sounds more like Deep Purple.

  • @Thorgal20 this is obvious but just listen to this music and enjoy it...this is faboulus and anyway ,Purple or not, even better than original version...Gillan's screams and interpretations were just Insane!

  • Ian voice isn't horror enough

  • jesus and the devil gettin' it on! LOVE IT. thanks.
