I've watched this set of walkthroughs more than once or twice, and this is the first time I noticed that the ganados ran at Leon while he was reloading, but otherwise they did their slow shuffle. Do they generally wait til the player is reloading to up the attack?

I've been trying to do some research on the subject, but I can't find any pages that specifically discuss the knife-through-door glitch in the PC version. I'm almost curious enough to go out and get the PC version just so I can test it.

If you truly don't have that option in the PC version, there is another "cheap" way to get through that particular segment: just keep climbing up and jumping down the ladder in the tower for a few minutes until the church bell cutscene plays.

A quick question for you, Slack:

1) Do you know that you can combine all three herbs into one potion? I have the console version and it's possible there. I'm just not sure if that's possible on the PC version, that's all. The resulting effect is it increases and completely restores your health.

The enemies in Resident Evil 4 are NOT zombies. A lot of people refer to them as zombies and thats fine as i do it too just on reflex. They are Ganados, humans that are being controlled by a Parasite called Las Plagas. They are human, they are alive.

If Majorslack had (at the beginning of the RE4 walkthrough) checked the body of the first Ganado, it would have said, "He's not a zombie."

Oh yeah...one of my favorite weapons for a zombie game. The SHOTGUN. Now THAT is a nice toy for popping some zombie skulls like zits. Because there's a good chance you can bring them to their knees if you shoot them in the knee or the shin. Once they're on their knees, you can run up and kick them. Other times I do it just to slow them down (especially if there's a mob).

The graphics are not bad. The problem with the game is that it was poorly ported to PC (like many other console games). The "no mouse feature" is amazing decision since the mouse is so convinient controller. Maybe they were lazy, maybe they thought that the player would have joypad, who knows. Aiming with the keyboard is awful and I'm impressed that Slack is rocking the scene with it :D

You can make many fps and third person shooter games look like this. Just lower all the graphical details to minimum, download a mod to use low resolution textures and play only with a wheel.

RE4 was shit on the PC from many ways. If it was any other doing the walkthrough, I wouldn't bother watching, but he is amazing at it, excellent entertainer.

And to think I actually pre-ordered the PC version...ffffffffffffffffffff­ffffffffffffffffffffrak.
