New youtube Closed Caption features.

where is the part for closed captioned to show closed caption? it seem like the new youtube seem newer than what i have of my youtube? Cuz i try to find halloween movies with jamie lee curis and i can't find CC and i try to do what you did.. ???

I caption my under 2 minute videos. I don't think there are any deaf people watching my videos, but someday, there may be lots.
