The placement of US ABM encircling Russia is not to stop Iranian missiles but to destroy Russia's nuclear retaliatory capabilities in order to allow America to have an assured ability to initiate a FIRST NUCLEAR STRIKE against Russia and getting away with it, because Russia stands in the way of the evils of Globalization which American wants to imposed on Russia. Russia has no choice but to re-target it's missiles against this ABM emplacements encircling it and allow the rest to retaliate.
