I wonder when many of the European dubs of the Disney films from this period were created, since at the time the war prevented any of them from reaching Europe. (In fact, that was a major reason why most of Disney's earliest animated movies apart from Snow White flopped at the box office. The war blocked off something like 45% of the potential audience).

I remember seeing the ending in the original english version since I cried at the end when I first saw the ending until the curtain came down while "The End" was shown after the curtain. That was the first time I went to see that movie since I was just 4 months old back in 1978 along with the featurette "The Small One". I have the english version of the ending from the soundtrack on vinyl if I'm going to put this up as a response. Thanks a lot! Forget the Swedish version of the ending.
