u must have died 178 times since u have 177 killing spree, which is only possible to get when u get 10 kills when u start and after u die. is it possible to get that many lives?
@rsnoob98 I had 14725 kills in that game, and had 190 deaths. Every time you make it through a Round, you can earn an extra life. When you make it through a Set, you can also earn an extra life. That means that you can earn 4 additional lives per Set. In that particular game, I made it to Set 39, Round 1, Wave 5. Check the video at 2:38 for the stats.
I actually made a typo there, it should be tl;dr. I see nothing unscientific about communicating with symbols like QQ or : ) or whatever else I feel like. @coolnick1979 ..haha I know mate, nope he hasnt :P you get a lot of points for consecutive kills which is obviously very easy in a vehicle so I reckon he got most of his points this way, and as you say the bonus round if you keep at a distance with the pistol on the grunts you can get headshots left right and centre, but for playing for almost 43 HOURS, his score becomes a lot less impressive, if I multiply my score by 43 then I'd have 47300 kills and 23220 headshots haha, on foot aswell!
14725 kills and 853 headshots = crazy numbers, but when I played firefight earlier on normal I had just over 1100 kills with 540 of them being headshots, and that was getting the 200k in under an hour...whats your Live account? I'd love to give you a game sometime and show you who's boss :P

No different than playing Asteroids for a high score. It's funny...you presume so much...you tout yourself as a physics engineer, and then claim that I am 12. I'm 37, married, 4 kids, and an Anesthesiologist. I work 60-80 hours per week, and rarely have time to play, but when I do, I like playing Halo.

So, I played last weekend and scored 12,056,970 on Legendary (the new Legendary record). I had to quit out because my Xbox was not at home. One of these days I will play again and will break my 21M record, but on Legendary.
No, not true at all. They increase with multipliers based on your difficulty and the number of skulls that are active. For example, when you play on Legendary, and get beyond the 6th set, all of the skulls turn on, and your multiplier is 19.5x. Kill a wraith with a laser shot, you get a triple kill, and the combined kill is multiplied by 19.5, and you end up with 21,080 points. So your statement is incorrect. There is no hacking involved. It is simple gameplay, and simple mathematics.

Thanks. It ended up being about 43 hours of gameplay. I played it over the course of 8 days. I played when I had free time and wasn't busy with other things. I left it on pause when I was sleeping and when I was at work. Fortunately my Xbox didn't blow up being on that long.

No, not true at all. They increase with multipliers based on your difficulty and the number of skulls that are active. For example, when you play on Legendary, and get beyond the 6th set, all of the skulls turn on, and your multiplier is 19.5x. Kill a wraith with a laser shot, you get a triple kill, and the combined kill is multiplied by 19.5, and you end up with 21,080 points. So your statement is incorrect. There is no hacking involved. It is simple gameplay, and simple mathematics.

Thanks. I appreciate it. It will probably be another 3-4 weeks before I have a break in my schedule that will allow me to attempt a Legendary run. My goal will be to best this record, and hopefully achieve 25 million points.

Thanks :) I will get to my Legendary run soon...just waiting for a break in my schedule. The song at 1:13 is called Motocross. It is produced by Apple, and is part of the iLife collection.

Thanks. It ended up being about 43 hours of gameplay. I played it over the course of 8 days. I played when I had free time and wasn't busy with other things. I left it on pause when I was sleeping and when I was at work. Fortunately my Xbox didn't blow up being on that long.
