and finally, they saw a bear! quite cool - it seemed exactly the same scene when I "met" my first bear in sweden... in a kind of woodland with lots of hills and the rain falling down he was walking on such a muddy road in front of us,,, and just kept going until our car came too near, then he rushed off the road, stopped uphills to take a look at us and then diving into the woods. we were stunned and totally happy. a great moment!
