@Vann7 Just for record, I do not think they caused the earthquake in Japan and Haiti. I do not trust the HARRP because it is a military project and will be used as a weapon for military purposes in the future.

If they wen tot the moon as they assert why couldnt they create weapons that modify the weather? Yes they have the means. NOw do they have the motivation for causing a cataclysim event in haiti? Absolutely. Haiti has natural resources such as OIL that the u.s oil giants want. hait has lots of GOLD that that mining firms want. NOw how do you get a hold of it? YOu have to SEIZE it by force.

@PerpetualHarvest the only use of thunderstorm seeding is to trigger thunderstorms to start dropping their preciptation to prevent the formation of hail(used in Calgary, AB) but only came into use 20 years ago (was just an experiment before). Used in WWI? Are you serious? The aircraft used in WWI could never survive the violent turbulence in a thunderstorm, the only reason we can endure it today is with weather radar. I love it how Americans are not only blamed by manmade problems anymore XD
