@YomiYomi64 D is to E natural -- 1 thumb 2 3 on the left hand and 1 2 3 and move the third finger on the right hand to trill.
E natural is to F Sharp -- 1 thumb 2 3 on the left hand and 1 and 2 plus the E flat pinky key, and you move the first finger on the right hand to trill. :)
I just tapped it with my metronome, & i'm getting about 48 most of the time. However, i would suggest a lot of 8th note practice around 80-90 until there's a more solid feeling of the big beat.

no problem. There are lots of rhythm traps in this etude. I suggest just keep subdividing like crazy with lots of metronome.
