Ever hear of afirmative action programs?---in education, minority hiring, set aside minority contracts for government projects, etc? These attempt to make amends for past wrongs. US courts, especially in jury trials, can be very genrrous to blacks or others discriminated against in employment, housing, etc. Wonder what Arab country is so generous to its minorities.
