I thought it came with a remote or something for when its not attached to the camera, it would still take effect in flash. So do you have to buy something to put on the camera for when taken pictures with the sb600 not attached to my d90?
@vansito1021 You can use the D90's built-in flash to trigger the SB 600. Look in your D90 manual for "Commander" mode and your SB 600 for "wireless" mode. You could also get a cable I think.
