Yes it is, but why note use USB loader?

@RocketOrganization why not? if you have an external hardrive and a newer type of wii (black or red) then you need USB loader because you cant play dvd backupson a black or red wii

@MegamanIIX you need an External harddrive to play backups on the newer wii's including the black one.. so dvd backups wont work.

@wichongo22 is probaly because your wii, is to new. you will have to use a usb loader. They change the drive so it cant play burnt games

install 250 insted do this twice install as network then install again as wad then go back and do the same with 249 install on network then install as wad then it should work let me know how you get on
